Last week my husband bought me an amazing carbon cool pillow with the shoulder cut out and after a few nights it made me realize just how uncomfortable I have been sleeping in my own bed. Today that all changed when we went to mattress by appointment. After being greeted we jumped right into the paperwork to see exactly how much we could spend, only took about 5 minutes. Not knowing exactly what we were looking for my husband and I tried all the beds out until we got it down to 2 Thats when the great customer service came into play and within 10 minutes we had our mattress and box spring with a cool gel protector, a pillow for my husband and the most amazing sheets I have ever felt. Great customer service!! After running around lake Charles all day with no luck on finding exactly what I wanted. Momma knows what she wants😅 the Richard’s @ furniture & mattress wholesale off hwy 90 had everything I needed! I called the establishment twice before going up there. Both phone calls convinced me I had to do business with them. Arriving the establishment was nice, welcoming, and very clean. I was greeted by the sweetest and most helpful lady that end up being the mom to the owner. The owner left his plans on that beautiful Saturday to come assist us. The process took about 45 minutes ! Did any one pay 5000 $ for bed and mattress and box springs here? The reason I am asking is because I was not aware of the 80% off sale when I purchased it. Also the customer service I feel was courteous considering we had a lot of miscommunication about their hours of operation. We exclaimed that we could have waited until the next day for delivery but the gentleman is sited on prompt delivery that day, I was not informed however that they do not do installation of any kind.
