I dropped my phone yesterday morning and there it was, the death crack. The screen was unusable, and on a Sunday! I called Asurant, they said it would take 24 hours to verify my phone was the one I told them it was and then if they had one comperable it could take a few more days but once they found it, they would ship it the next day. I was told I could pay to have the screen fixed then they would discuss what they would pay. $279 for a screen replacement!
I went to a store in Lake Charles, the person who helped me seemed to care, was going to sell me a phone he said was close to what I had, but then they didn't have one. He was nice enough to call other stores, but they didn't have it either. He called someone who worked in the Sulpher store, but that person wasn't there. He told me they did have one in Sulpher, but when I got there they didn't have one and hadn't had one. Come to find out, the phone wasn't close to what I had.
In walks Deasja Freeman, and let me tell you she is AMAZING!! She was very patient, checked everything for me, got me a new Galaxy S25 Ultra, and was able to use my phone as a trade in with the new promotion going on, and I paid less than the screen fix today!

After expressing that to them, the young man said to his co worker "would you like to tell them the good news or should I?". She told him to go on so he told me that they did need to collect the old phone but there would be no charge and... that the new I phone 13 would be no additional charges except for taxes.
