Burger King — Restaurant in Sulphur

Went through drive thru because that's my kids favorite place. They were hungry after being in the doctor's office for a couple of hours. Only orderd 2 burgers, 2 eight piece chicken nuggets and fries. Paid for it and got instantly pulled around to the front. I saw an employee outside before I reached parking lot but all of the parking spots by the door were full except for the handicap parking so I parked across from those. I waited while my kids cried that they were hungry. A spot by the door became available so I moved to that spot. A car next to me had been parked there, got out ordered, received their food and was leaving and I still didn't get my food yet. So the employee comes back out and asked if I was waiting for something and I said yes. He caught an attitude and said I wasn't there when he came out...yes I know I was driving out of drive thru and hadn't had a chance to park yet. The employees I was dealing with weren't new and has been there long enough that they should have done better that that. The man I was dealing with rude and said I should have parked in the handicap parking which wouldn't have helped him anyway since I wasn't parked before he walked back in with my food. The lady working drive thru said my money went back on my card but I haven't seen it yet. Just very disappointing. My son is autistic and he only likes to eat at Buger King so we've been going...

Not sure where to start. I walked in and it wasn't that busy. I placed my order and all was fine. I went to get my drink and at the coke freestyle machine which boasts all sorts of flavors but every kind of no calorie option was out. That is a bad sign. Then the cashier came into the dining area with a small container of water to wipe down tables. 10 minutes later I asked if anyone worked here because I didn't see anybody in the back. She went back behind the counter and noticed my burger was sitting there and grabbed my fries. I told her that it is VERY unsanitary to handle food after wiping down dirty tables with a dirty rag without washing hands. This place is a harbor for food poising waiting to happen! Refused to let us make more than two orders. Even told us that we could not go around to make another. Blamed everything on the timer. Went back around to get more food, and she was very rude/curt. Asked for more Sweet&Sour “there’s some in the bag” there was only one. Went back around AGAIN and waited 10 minutes before calling because no one came to the window. Asked if we could be serviced and she HUNG UP ON US. Ignored us to take an order before finally opening the window and basically throwing the Sweet&Sour at us.
