Walked in wanting to upgrade we ask for a note 8 we wanted to trade in a note 5 & told her it only charges wireless (the reason we were upgrading) she only tries plugging the phone in and says "it doesn't charge" -_- I'm like yes we clearly said that but it has no scratches no cracks & it turns on it just had no battery could've simply get the wireless charger but didn't want to bother. So we proceed & say we'll just get the phone she goes & checks if it's in stock & they're out. Insists on selling us the galaxy s8 when we wanted the note & we just ask if she could call to see if they have the phone in Lake Charles & she just says um no with the most rude expression. Seriously that's your job. So I'm like okayy guess I'll call. To the male employee that was wearing the Naruto apparel. Don't work in customer service if you have a "I can't be bothered attitude".

The same thing that you looked at my mother and I like we were idiots for asking, and confidently (and rudely) told us no to is the exact same thing that the Verizon location on Nelson DID do for us with no problem.

Whoever he was, he obviously just didn't want to be bothered an hour before closing time. Management may want to look into that because he's lying to customers for some odd reason.

My 1 star review is strictly for that employee alone. Overall, Verizon is a great company to have...

I had the most outstanding customer service today at Verizon, today. I went in with the expectation that I would have to make all kinds of decisions and I am not the most phone savy person, but Michael was very good at saying here's what we can do. He told me to have a seat and he will bring me some upgrades to choose from. All I needed was a tropical drink and some music and I was in paradise.
