This company dose not need a 1 star the need 0 star. They refused to help the workers out when they asking for train in person with a district mgr and or at another store. When asking for help I get we are to busy to train the mgrs in person and should only be done online only. Understand that in this time of Covid-19 we need to be safe but how can you even train online when the equipment dose not work and you have to use your person computer and phone to do a job and when they know the stuff is not working. The day we got the phones my original review was five stars now Brooke avoids me when trying to get this phone replaced. Six months later I’m still paying for service I can’t use I feel robbed.
