Kenetha is a very pleasant sales lady and is interested in her customer's happiness. However, management doesn't seem to have quite have the same philosophy in customer's satisfaction. Purchased a reclining bed and no option or discussion was had for height from floor. When he's arrived it was extremely high off floor and the legs screwed in and other heights were available. This was for my elderly parents and we needed the bed lower and no one seemed to want to assist after the sale, were very slow and at times unresponsive to our inquiries to rectify situation.
