I've been going to the Trion location since November 2022. I went inside on Wednesday the 12th because I only have a 30 minute lunch, and line was moving slow. Well let's just say, that was a bad idea because the new cashier decided to mess up my order and once I informed her of my missing items, she accused me of confusing her when taking the order. Although she had just had a conversation with me about this being her first day on the register, while taking the order and repeating it twice. She decided to look for her manager so she could just give me the food but her manager was not in her sight because she was in the dining room on the store phone. She became up with me because I would not accept the cashier blaming me for not correctly ringing my order all though the items she did not ring up were boxed and the ones she rung up was not. So she had to hear my other. Once the manager walked up, while on the phone and wanted to confirm that I was being rude because she was gonna give me the food free. I then let the manager know that I was not rude but I'm gonna become rude now because as a manager you should verify the problem so you can try to rectify it not walk up and accuse someone of being rude while you're on the phone with someone else. I then bought it to her attention that while she was calling me rude for not appreciating the free food that was not being prepared by the cashier because the cashier was crying at the food station instead of getting me my food that I ordered. After waiting 15 minutes for food. I asked for my money back and the manager kept talking about free food and I had to let her know. I came for good customer service not free food that I clearly was willing to pay for. She was talking so much, she couldn't force enough to get the register open. Several employees walked from the back and a couple tried to resolve issue but by that time I was very frustrated. Latoya should not be running any restaurant because she don't perform well under pressure. And her hair was all over her head. She had on a large red hoodie with her uniform if she had on a uniform because I couldn't tell under the hoodie. Employees didn't have on mask or gloves when preparing food. My company have spent a lot of money buying our laborers lunch but I will never shop...
Read moreWe stopped in on our way through town in on a Monday evening. There was only one other couple in the store eating. While the lady was ringing us up a guy kept watching over shoulder and as well as giving us looks. We placed our order at 7:55pm and was told it would be a 5 min wait time for my Chicken Fingers, which was acceptable, we thought, but we weren't served our food till a little after 8:30 pm. A 35 min wait time for chicken fingers we were told would be ready in 5 Mins. My daughter's chicken sandwich was very spicy, so much so she could barely eat it and asked about it being so spicy but was told by employees they only had spicy chicken. Of the employees we saw, no one was wearing gloves. Two other people in our party made their own separate orders and paid only to be visited at our table by the lady checking us out, that it would be a 12 minute wait for chicken, to which they asked to get different pieces of chicken instead of waiting. And was told they would be upcharged to get certain pieces. They got their food way ahead of our order, and by the time we did get ours they were almost finished eating. The whole time we were there, other than that one couple inside only two maybe three cars came through drive thru, and we're pulled to the side to wait on their food to be made as well. A person in our party also the cashier whispered to her about getting a senior discount, because she was told by the manager not to offer them. The men's bathroom garbage was literally full to the point the lid wasn't even on correctly It is very honestly the worst service I've ever had at a Bojangles and I love eating Bojangles and have in several states! And I definitely wouldn't recommend this Bojangles on your stop list, unless changes are made, all...
