I went here at dinner time and placed an order using the kiosk. At the time two people in front of me waiting on their order. I over heard the workers saying they were out of beef? How is this even possible? They actually were out but was waiting on more to be prepared. They substituted one of the customers in front of me with steak. I heard one of the workers say to quit telling customers they were out of beef, because they had some ready. Mind you the other customer stated he was there 30 minutes waiting on the rest of his order. ( 3 hard tacos). One of the workers response to everything was” don’t take it out on me, I just got here”. When not no customer was complaining nor causing a scene. Then I heard them say something about lettuce. Well when I got home I had 5 tacos with no lettuce. The service and quality of food was absolutely horrible. I don’t blame the young men and women working, I blame this on piss poor management. There was no manager on site. As an adult these young kids are set up for failure. Where was the leadership (manager). Managers need to work on the weekends too! I won’t be back here no time soon until someone starts managing the place better. No way you should be waiting on beef to cook during on of the busy times of the day and how do you run out of lettuce? Again the management of this Taco Bell needs fired and a who new regime needs...

Bottom of the bag probably had most of our toppings we all work hard for our money too and sucks spending money anywhere and receiving this type of service! McDonald’s across the street is 10x more busy yet never had a complaint on portions or service or presentation but as soon as this location opened they’ve had so many issues I’ve looked past a lot of them but tonight was enough I was close to giving someone a piece of my mind but after working an 10hr shift I barley had the energy hence why I bought my family dinner to begin with! Do better … Care about what your giving out ! Ask yourself if you’d buy what your giving ! We get it long days sometimes short staff but it’s no excuse to give someone items just thrown around & tossed in a bag.. Read moreI went here on Christmas Eve, I ordered on the app and it said they would be open until 2 AM. The app let me place the order without any issues. When I arrived at the restaurant they had a sign stating: “Christmas Eve Hours: Open till 2 AM” I tried to go inside but the door to the restaurant was locked. I then tried to go through the drive thru, but no one answered. I then drove up to the window and after a few minutes of just sitting there a lady came to the window and said they were closed and that they had closed at 6 PM. She said this while there was literally a sign right next to her stating they would be open till 2 AM on Christmas Eve. I pointed this out to her and she said it was wrong. I don’t have a problem with a business closing early or all together on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, but if they are going to do so they should make it known by not accepting orders in the app after they are supposed to be closed. and posting the correct hours on their doors and in the app. I then had to deal with Taco Bell’s online support to get my order canceled and...
