Update 3 years later: I wanted to quickly say, my cross and wedding band STILL look as gorgeous as the day i received them!!

Original review: We worked extensively with Galloway & Moseley designing custom pieces for our wedding day and are completely blown away (pictures attached for reference!). We walked in a bit nervous to turn over my family's heirloom jewelry (2x engagement rings, 1x family heirloom cross, 1x heirloom necklace) in hopes of getting returned a wedding band and wedding cross to wear every day for the rest of my life. Mr. Moseley helped us design platinum pieces, to include an entire custom wedding band with my family's stones, as well as a cross featuring my grandma & great grandma's diamonds, as well as stones from my mother's cross necklace. My something old was my family come back to life- my mom was in tears on my wedding day seeing our family represented on my hand and neck for our day. Galloway & Moseley were beyond trustworthy, were prompt with emails back and forth with status/cad drawings/updates on little details like size of stones and whether or not we should taper stones on the band. I absolutely love this jewelry store! There are always kind and courteous. Very knowledgeable in all jewerly. This year my husband and I decided to homeschool our two boys. One just finished a chapter in Science gemstones and rocks on how they're made and such. I called and spoke with Mr. Moseley and I asked if we could do a field trip basically on what I taught in that chapter. He said absolutely with no hesitation. So we get there and Mr. Moseley went above and beyond. He had books, samples and gave us a tour of the store even in the back. My son Jayden was just in awe over everything. Of course my debit card was screaming to buy something cause everything was beautiful. Also there was lady there I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she helped too in the very beginning she pulled out different gems, and told us that the amethyst is our state gem and how it became that. This is why I only shop at this location they never give below 100%! Again thank you...

When I tell my husband I’m going to the candy store he knows exactly what I mean. I am going to the jewelry store. 😆. And when I tell you G & M have some of the most beautiful pieces I’ve seen, you can believe it. I’ve had a couple rings restyled here, the most recent was just this month. As usual they did a beautiful job. My only complaint is upon picking up my ring when it was ready. The woman with blonde hair that waited on me was so unfriendly. Not what I would have up front “ greeting” customers. She barely even looked at me when I came in towards the end of the day. Even when she was directing me where to sign paperwork. Not even “ thank you” when transaction was done. The girl with shoulder length wavy brown hair however was so sweet. She was engaging and cordial. Miserable people shouldn’t be on the front lines of any business where speaking with the public...
