Came today on a Saturday to donate children’s toys and practically brand new pre-lit Christmas tree still in the box. The man working was already outside the door shoo-ing me away saying I could not donate. After I told him I’ve donated new Christmas trees in the box previously since we switch colors, decorations, etc a lot he still made it an issue and told me to sit it on the ground. I asked him for the manager so they could clarify and he continued mumbling as if he didn’t understand and told me closer to Christmas they would accept but then went to the back to quickly ask and as I brought in the children's toys and a carpet shampooer I overheard a woman say “as long as it’s in a box we can accept it” He continued even after hearing her say they can accept it regardless. Very unpleasant experience as I’ve donated tons of things that aren’t in season. He was extremely rude and also hesitant to relay to a supervisor. I'm not sure who sets the prices @ Sun Prairie Goodwill? However, they seem to be the highest around. I went today & couldn't believe the prices for some of the items!! A pair of worn, off-brand shoes that look like "Converse" for $12.99!!?? They look like Converse, they aren't Converse. Several "spring type" light jackets, off-brand for $9.99 & $12.99?! It's too much. People are looking for used items at used item prices. I won't be going back to that Goodwill. East Madison Goodwill isn't that far from there & they seem to have more...

No complaints besides for the customers… stop donating stained, ripped, and flat out trash for donations. We’re not a trash bin and those clothes shouldn’t/can’t be put on the floor (some however do on accident). Also if your gonna use the changing rooms put your clothes on the rack outside of the changing rooms instead of leaving it a mess… yes its “our job” to keep the store clean but y’all are grown adults doing this! And lastly, if you drop clothes put them back on the rack… common...
