I Never leave bad reviews !!!!!!!!!but i Brought my galaxy s23 ultra to get a new screen since mine was cracked so the guy working fixed it under 30min and I was satisfied and happy with the fix (400 with tax) went to the car put my case on it never took it out but 1 week later I had my phone in my Jean pocket during a a soccer match when it started raining (shouldn't even have to worry about light rain hitting the phone) after checking my phone in the car the screen went green and then back to normal but was flickering since then I then took my case off and inspected my phone when for my surprise the lower left back side of the phone the seal was not sealed correctly and lifted and water must have gone in but i was hoping not but after bring in it to the store again i told the guy the back seal was lifted and was exposed to rain water and screen went green and after that it started flickering so he took it back and came back saying it had water damage and he could not guarantee it since it had water damage already that I should have brought it back before but I didn't see they!!!!! didn't sealed the back properly since I was happy with the fix and was scared to take the protector off so he the offer me to pay for a new screen with no labor fee (320) what a fantastic deal!!!!!! Instead of owning up for them not sealing my phone right Now I'm stuck with water damage and a flickering screen because they didn't properly sealed the phone or the seal was not good idk but still is their problem since i paid for a proper repair!!!!!!!!!! but after reading the reviews i saw i was not the only one who had problems with their seals not being properly sealed !!!!!! So if you guys read this, take it somewhere else even if they take longer to fix, but at least it will be properly fixed !!!!!!!! I would have given them 5 stars if they would have owned up for their mistake and repair my phone, but they would rather say it was my fault for not...

I called for a quote today since I previously had my iPhone screen replaced at another store a few months ago. It only lasted a month before it broke on me again. Instead of going back I decided to try this place because the person who answered my call, quoted me a more reasonable price along with answers that I didn’t know I should’ve had with the other place. He sounded trustworthy and made me feel like this was a good place to give my business to and support.

And I was right. Mohammad took great care of me. He offered me 2 types of screens that they had available without being a salesperson or pushy which was a plus. Once he took my phone apart, he showed me the old phone parts vs the new parts, explained why my face recognition may not work (I had water damage). I appreciated his knowledge and transparency.

I ended up buying a Privacy screen protector and due to user error, he had to take it off to explain to me how it worked. He then placed on a second protector without being upset that he lost inventory (because of me). He also gave me a phone case on the house since I purchased a few things and my original case was super sad looking. 😅

Some of these reviews stated that the prices are high here, but because I’ve gone to to a few places in Madison, I feel like these prices are actually decent. We pay for what’s important to us and in this case our phones etc. So it’s worth the few dollars that we can easily make back. JS.

Besides all of this, once I got home, I realized that my swipe down tool didn’t work. I called back and Mohammad graciously asked me to do two things. It turned out that the screen protector was too thick for that swipe down tool to work. He told me to go in for a refund. It was quick and easy! I definitely played with their inventory today but he was super understanding and nice about it that he’s definitely gain a loyal...

I was just in the mall the other day shopping and I happened to walk past here. For the last few months, I’ve been having an issue with my back camera not working and I went into the Apple Store AND another phone store like this, they both gave me different solutions and essentially told me that I would be better off just buying a new phone. The store manager, Mohammad, was so knowledgeable! He fixed my phone so fast and all he had to do was open it up and take a look. He was so honest! I told him I would walk around and come back and he told me to stay so he could show me just how quick the fix was. I’m so appreciative of Mohammad and his staff, they gave me such a reasonable price too compared to what the other two stores told me. He gave me so many great tips and really educated me on my phone. I didn’t realize there were so many features I didn’t know about. They really do fix fast and they’re so honest - which is hard to come by these days. Thanks Mohammad for the best service I’ve received in...
