Edit 5/25/25 I've also begin to question the ability of the staff at this location to count the number of items correctly. Missing another item from delivery. This time it was another nacho fry missing. My 5 layer burrito tasted terrible. Beans were dry and also they replaced a Baja blast with a strawberry freeze inexplicably. Does this location need help from a team of therapists? Maybe the staff needs to go back to rework elementary school courses? I'm really not sure, but we're going to go under cover and investigate. Stay tuned.
Edit 2/2025 Another terrible order. This time delivery. It took over 2 hours to arrive. By that time we had gone to bed. One of the items was a steak quesadilla with like nothing inside it. This location is still a complete joke. I don't know why I get food here. I feel like next time will be better, but it just always sucks.
Edit 9/2022: Another awful experience at this location. A few days ago, placed a pickup order in the taco bell app and paid in full. Upon arrival, I'm told that there's a balance due. Turned out the app only deducted $1 instead of $3 for a reward I had for $3 off a purchase of $18. Instead of acknowledge the error in the app and fix the problem, I was scolded by the manager who is extremely rude to both her customers and employees. On my previous visit she was loudly berating an employee for calling in the previous day in front customers in the lobby. I had to argue with her to fix the problem and finally after about 20 minutes of being made to feel like this was my fault, I finally got my order for my family. This location's atmosphere is purely toxic. I can't stress enough how rude this manager is to both the staff and customers.
My beef burritos had a pathetic amount of meat on them. Like a tablespoon of meat. Ordered a bean and rice burrito and a beef burrito for my son and got 2 bean and rice burritos. Ordered a chalupa, hardly any meat...all lettuce. Shell was stale. Ordered nachos bell grande, it was literally all tiny chip fragments with a pathetic amount of toppings.
No one at this location answers the phone. This was the worst taco bell order I've ever seen. It almost feels like we were being pranked on a hidden camera show or something. Had to contact @tacobellcare on Twitter for a refund. This location is a total joke and it's clear the ownership doesn't care at all. I would suggest that this store be avoided at all costs. Read moreThe Sun Prairie, WI. Taco Bell Restaurant is the worst ever! It truly is a gamble to visit that TB. The food is wrong or missing! Your food will be destroyed or cold. At times you will get mostly shell instead of filling in the shell. Whatever the problem is at that location, it is sure to take place. You are never going to have even the slightest satisfaction unless it is during a day shift. Will it be squished? YES! Will you have a pleasant experience? NO! My family's experience has been more terrible than good. We order for about four to five people and get our food with the pizza on the bottom. it was just so smashed and the rest of the order was either wrong or missing something. The pizza was utterly destroyed. We could not even enjoy it. We called to explain what happened/ wrong and the rude manager didn't even try to give us any type of customer service. She wouldn't even hear us out. She just said, "what do you expect me to do?" Another time she said, "Your lying, I made that myself! I know it wasn't messed up!" She also said, "This is how it is done here, get used to it!" We are never rude at all ever! But geez she is just awful! She should have just said she doesn't care!!! That would have been nicer. She refuses to help in any possible way or make any corrections and doesn't even offer a solution. We have been told multiple times that the evening management didn't show up to work!!! Like what the heck??? How often does this happen? OFTEN! Well, this is all the time. We've had smashed food because they will only use one bag no matter how large the order and cold food, missing food (ALWAYS), and wrong food. We are never given any resolution or ever given the offer to refund or replace without a seriously rotten attitude and it's always after 2 pm every single time!!! If we go before 2 pm, everything is great, but not any late afternoon or evening hours. We witnessed the female manager yelling at her customers in the store, she yells at delivery drivers and even her employees putting them down, just despicable!!! And no matter who is there watching, it will happen time and time again. How is this still taking place at this restaurant? We started this terrible service journey in 2020 and it hasn't changed!!! Read moreI thank the "hard working" employees of Sun Prairie. For making my decision to write off Taco Bell for good. I tried to place an order at the drive thru at 2:35 am with the sign still lite as being open. I was informed that "they did not have any food left". I kindly told them that in this situation they should shut off their open sign off to discourage others from trying to place an order. He replied I can not until the orders place go through the drive thru. So I backed out of the drive thru and I parked in the parking lot. I waited 10 minutes after the last car had left. The sign was still on. Knowing that this was not the first time I had problems with this and only branch of taco bell. You do not advertise that you are open until 3:00 am and refuse business at 25 minutes to. This is the second time I was completely disappointed. The first time I had a problem with this branch. Yes granted it was a medium sized order of 46 dollars with multiple people. I verified on the screen that it was all correct. When I started to receive the food I double checked amongst the 4 bag of food. I noticed that we were missing multiple items. I informed them of the mistake no big deal. I told them of the missing items still sitting at the drive thru. They fixed some of the missing items. I asked what about the rest. They informed me if I did not leave the premises that they would call the cops on us. I replied to go ahead taking money and not receiving product or service is called theft.
