Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Sun Prairie

Been here twice. The first time the girl at the counter had the worst attitude. And the food was mediocre.

I am currently here for the second time. Again, a terrible attitude from the staff. The lobby was closed when we arrived, so we went to the drive through. We've been waiting 20 minutes this far, and the three cars behind us have come and gone.

We still don't have food.

EDIT: We did finally receive food 25 minutes after ordering. We were told we ordered hot subs, so they take longer. But my sub was cold when I got it. And the meat had been on the grill so long my cheese was burned. The sub filling was like leather. And they poured half a jar of oregano on it. It was edible, but barelym and at that point I was to hungry to bother trying to get a new one.

I used to work at a cousins. Then moved to where they don't have one. So I try to get some whenever I get a chance. Won't be going back to this location again. I know it's pretty new, but honestly the owner should cut their losses and...

I stopped in and was immediately greeted by a cheerful young man with dreads whose name I can’t recall. He promptly took my order and even helped me with some great sandwich suggestions for my spouse. The building itself is immaculate as to be expected with a new store. I was mildly concerned it may be understaffed due to the short timeframe it’s been open. Not the case at all! It was very well staffed and running like a well oiled machine. I placed a very large order and got it handed to me in under 7 minutes for takeout.

I find it appalling that this amazing new stores first review was left by a fake account that maliciously leaves random 3 star reviews for dozens of local businesses. It’s quite telling when a reviewer doesn’t have the wherewithal or spine to leave detailed words but instead chooses to post a generic negative review. What a sad existence…

I’ll be recommending this new location to anyone who asks and certainly returning myself! So happy to have a Cousins back in...

We used to LOVE Cousins Subs, but after our last visit, my husband said he won't go anymore. The bread was on the cool side (almost cold), and they seem to be putting less and less meet inside the rolls. There are only 2 booths at this location, and I have 2 bad knees so I have a hard time sitting at tables with chairs, meaning getting in and out, but sliding into a booth is so much easier for me. My problem at this location, this past Saturday, one booth was taken and the other table was never cleaned after the last coustomers (half the tables weren't cleaned either). My husband ended up just wiping half of our table so we could at least eat there. Also, when ordering, I told him I wanted a diet coke, but when I went to pour mine, it said it was: unavailable.
