Swung through looking to fill up on some authentic Minnesota wild rice, and were not disappointed. Also snagged some curds and pepper sticks because, you know, why not. The guy at the checkout counter (probably the owner!) was super nice and chatted with us about our impending long trip back to our home base in St. Louis. And, if it matters, we were happy to see that he was masked up and required masks in the store since I'm writing this review in the throes of the COVID pandemic. Great little no-frills...

Yum! Stopped in for smoked fish and cheese before getting back into MN. So happy I stopped here. The smoked salmon and smoked trout were amazing. So juicy and full of flavor. They had other types of smoked fish too, but I will have to try those next time. And they even gave me a taste of the salmon and offered me an ice pack for my cooler! Great snacks AND great service!
