I had an incredible experience at AXESCAPE! My wife and I decided to try our first escape room there for a special date night, and it exceeded our expectations. We opted for the Stranger Things-themed escape room, which was thrilling and really pushed us to collaborate as a team. It was both fun and goal-oriented, making it an unforgettable evening.
From the moment we arrived, the owners were warm and welcoming. They walked us through the onboarding process, explained waivers, set our expectations, and assessed our experience level, which instantly put us at ease.
What makes AXESCAPE even more unique is their Badazz Boba drink business right next door. The boba menu is the perfect way to celebrate after the intense escape room experience and unwind.
I highly recommend AXESCAPE, especially if you're new to escape rooms. It's beginner-friendly yet still offers a satisfying challenge. We're definitely planning on returning for more adventures! Five stars all...
Read moreBest night out in a longggg time! Sooo first time axe throwing no clue what to do. Well they have coaches to teach you and spend one on one time with you to make sure you can stick at least two throws before you begin. At first I was nervous and never thought i would get it but they gave me great instructions and I felt like a pro after a few throws. Took my 9 year old niece, 13 and 14 year old nephews. They took the time with my niece to teach her to throw at her skill level and even got her a small axe to throw. She felt like she could join the axe throwing Olympics after leaving. I will definitely be back for a night of fun. Owner was so amazing and checked on us multiple times and helped our throwing skills throughout the night. Great...
Read moreI never threw an axe at this place. They have harbor freight hatchets with the stickers still on them. I told the employee this and he gave me the definition of what an axe is, stating that a “Pittsburg” brand hatchet is a real axe. One of the employees was using his own equipment to demonstrate how to throw but had us use cheap plastic hatchets and expected us to replicate what he was doing. Trust me, go to Class Axe in Tempe instead. At least they have actual axes and they engage with you. Games, cross bay competitions, rewards, real equipment including axes. This place is like paying for a Corvette but getting a Ford Focus and being told it’s the same because it has...
