LA Nails & Spa — Local services in Susquehanna Township

Experience was horrible. I went to them ten minutes before 6pm with my daughter . I asked if they had time for a pedicure.The lady said to come back in 30 minutes. As I was walking out I saw a mother and her daughter go in . I came back and returned three minutes before 6:30 . I was told to pick a color as I noticed the mother and daughter who was on their way in as I was leaving, now sitting in the chair getting pedicures .. I asked ten minutes into sitting when will I be able to get into a chair . She then said 15-20 minutes. I said you told me 6:30 . She explained how backed up they were . I asked could I at least go sit in the chair and have my feet sit in the water as I wait . She said yes . As I sat in the pedicure chair for another ten minutes. Still no one has yet came over to run my water . I then decided to get up and leave with my daughter.. no one tried to stop me leaving or apologize. As I left I told her that it was wrong that’s she essentially took a mother and daughter before me and My child and showed no hospitality. And clearly wasn’t apologetic. I don’t...

I made an appointment at 11:am. It was busy. If you have a customer with an appointment shouldn’t you honor that appointment within a reasonable timeframe . I was willing to come back the next day. I was told around 11:30. I felt disrespected because when I finally was told to sit down for my pedicure she came to put the liner in after I sat down. I had to put my legs up while she was putting the liner in. That was uncalled for!!. I happen to be a lady. I left there almost 2 hrs later. I don’t expect much alitte respect. Sometimes you don’t have 2 hours to sit around. I’m a good tipper I recently started going there I guess they give preference to customers that have been going there whether a walk in or not. There’s other lovely nail salons in the area that wouldn’t embarrass me but that one was convenient. I guess convenience doesn’t pay. Thanks for the memories.

WORST place I have ever been to the girl that was doing my pedicure looked like she had no idea what she was doing and she made all my toes different sizes. She couldn’t even paint them correctly someone else had to come and finish it and they still did a horrible job.
