Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Susquehanna Township

Wow! If I could give negative stars, I would. I can’t believe the experience I had at this Chipotle. I ordered on the app and went through the drive thru to pick it up, got it home, it was only 1 bowl (ordered 2) and that 1 wasn't anything we ordered. I drove back and to the drive thru, told the girl what happened and she became visibly upset with me. 5 minutes later she came back to the window and said to pull into a spot and she would remake my order, fast forward 15 minutes, I'm still sitting there. I walk inside and there is an older man at the counter (no name tag) and I explain what is going on. The girl recognizes me and pulls my food from a shelf. I look, it’s only half of my order. I asked her if I was supposed to know to come inside and she said "I am just supposed to apologize because I am too busy"... The man interjects and says "ma'am this food was just made" and I reexplained the situation to him 2 more times. I told him how disappointed and ridiculous this is. The man began yelling (and I mean yelling) at me. He tells me "SORRY WE AREN'T PERFECT HERE LIKE YOU ARE, Ect" and then I asked him if he was a manager and he said "Yes" and I asked his name and he said "It doesn't matter" When I asked again he started screaming his name is "DONALD J. TRUMP" and I told him I would be reporting this he continued to scream at me as I walked out the door. Now, I frequent this Chipotle, at least once a week and this is appalling. I can't believe the restaurant messed up my order and I was understanding about that, but then I sat in my car without anyone bothering to bring me my food, and then harassed by this unhinged man. I will not be returning ever again. Disgusting...

I gave this Chipolte location a chance again because I really wanted to try the brisket bowl. The quality and amount of food given is so hit and miss here. Now I will not go back to this location again. Literally given like 2 tablespoons of brisket if even that for over $11, it is a ripoff. Such a shame it is only a mile away. Now if I want Chipotle I’ll drive to the one over 5 miles away because they know how to consistently fill a bowl. The picture actually makes it seem like I received more brisket than it actually is, but even from the picture you can tell how little vs what they should be giving.

Edit: now that I am actually eating this meal…it is even worse. Brisket is burnt to a crisp and tastes like it has been sitting all day on a grill until it is like dried beef jerky. This location has officially inherited the poor quality that Sonic had in that location. Absolutely horrible…save your time and go to a different Chipolte or not at all. I usually never have an issue going to this certain location but this time I did and it was completely unacceptable. This location has a drive thru lane which after a long day at work was much appreciated. I was behind 2 cars and each car above me was at least a 5 minute wait each. Then finally came my turn. I sat there for probably 10 minutes before they even bothered to take my name. I knew was order was ready as I ordered it in enough time for me to simply drive through the lane and pick it up. The amount of workers that saw me and didn't even bother to help was disgusting. She didn't even bother to apologize for my wait or anything. Actually seemed appalled that I even was there or needed anything. If you don't like your job or customers, don't even bother to work in customer service. I really hope someone sees this and improves that location. The only thing that restaurant has going for them is their name. And they forgot my damn fajita...
