Sutton Nails Spa — Local services in Sutton

Disappointing experience. Went in at 10:30 and wrote mine and another persons name down for a manicure and pedicure. As we sit down, a women comes in shouting and demanding her nails to be done / going on and on about how long it will be, etc. I was then taken back to get my pedicure and all was well until i am all finished up and the woman who came in 10 minutes after we did decides to jump up and sit in the chair for a pedicure, right when it was my partner’s turn to go. We wrote our names down in order and i even put his name first on the list. This entitled woman wrote her name down at 10:45, 15 minutes after we did and was still put above us. After my pedicure i decided i was ready to pay and just leave. This is ridiculous.Especially when those who act out of order are catered to, while the people who act mindful are forgotten about. Won’t be back, this was absolutely shitty....

If you know, you know. Trang and Tommy are very talented and friendly, and especially during the pandemic, they do their best to keep things clean and keep as few people in the shop as possible.
