Boothe Appliance — Local services in Sylacauga

We recently bought a new house and all my neighbors said I needed to go Boothe for replacement appliances. We bought Maytag washer & dryer, and a Whirlpool dishwasher. We got better pricing than we were given at "Big Orange". The washer and dryer were in stock, and the house was ready, so they were delivered within a couple of weeks. The appliances were installed and there was a pretty lengthy brief on the controls for the appliances. There were a couple of tricks that weren't clearly documented that have been game changing. The dishwasher had to be ordered but was delivered several days before it was expected to be shipped from the manufacturer. After several more months of work, the kitchen is finally ready for the dishwasher today. Boothe offered to do the install multiple times, but I did it myself. The thing is running its first cycle as I write this. If I stand right by it I can hear it running, but if I move more than a foot or so away, I can't hear it. It's what I call "horror movie quiet". Great products, great service. If you're in the market, you'd be crazy to bypass these folks. ...

I’ve been trying to get someone to come out and check my refrigerator since mid Summer due to leakage. They say they are behind and down one person which is fine because we all get backed up with work, but I called a second time and still got the same story and was told someone would reach out to me. It’s early October and nobody has contacted me yet. My husband and I searched YouTube and fix our refrigerator our own self. I would use no stars if I could. Our refrigerator was broken. We called them on 10/20. Said they could repair it, and provided them all the info. Said they'd reach out the following week with a repair date. Didn't hear from them. After following up two more times,the result was the same. The last follow up was on 11/11 and I still haven't heard back from them. I'm sure that the reputation was built on solid performance but this has been so disappointing and stressful.
