Read moreI am a Criminal Attorney in Nashville, Tennessee with a high volume office. I have been round and round with other answering services. I have seen so many incompetent companies in the past couple of years, I was giving up hope on finding one that was professional, and suited my needs, for an affordable price. Heck I was too the point, I didn't care about price. I just wanted competence. Then I found AnswerFirst. Such a relief, I can't even tell you. The service was set up within 48 hours, and they were answering my phones like a pro (and like they knew me personally) out of the gate. There fees were less than many I had tried... but not so cheap that you get what you pay for, if you know what I mean.
Plus... I never usually have the time to write reviews, (although I know I should, because I appreciate them in my business). This company has impressed me to the point I was compelled to write this review. If for no other reason than to alleviate the pain of other law firms around the country who I know are out there trying to find that "perfect fit" of answering services, but are currently losing business because of incompetence. We are a couple of months in and I don't think they've successfully answered a single call yet, and I am scared every time I know a call is pushing through to them. Every call they have answered where a customer has tried to book has resulted in a customer complaint. This is something I have communicated along the way, so when I got the email asking for a 5 star review or an email if I can't give 5 stars I really contemplated what to do. I don't feel the service has been anywhere close to 5 stars. The reps that answer the phone are cold and very slow in taking the information. My script asks for name, phone number, email address, service address, and basic detail of the service call for our HVAC tech. This info shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to collect, somehow its taken reps 8-10 minutes and they still aren't able to collect it properly. Many of the email responses from their support team have been slow and not all concerns have been addressed. I can't say I am ready to give up yet as I feel like I am still hopeful that the kinks may be worked out.
