ONE star because George and Casey are tooo sweet. I bought a couch, tv, and table all in a span of 5 months. I unfortunately sustained a spinal injury and was in the hospital. I made best efforts to make payment arrangement which of course I was aware they needed.. The issue began when MELISSA threatened to call the state attorneys office and file suit for grand theft if I didn't have the full amount then stated they will schedule a pick up. I Proceeded to call the store and LEANDRA said that a COMPLETE different price then what Melissa texted me, and a completely different amount then what was left on my door lol so very messy. I payed the full amount of whatever price they made up that day. COOL. Leaondra states if i still wanted to keep my items and I told her i would like a copy of my contract emailed to me so my personal attorney could go over with me and she said if you want it you have to come and get it. Very threatening.. then followed by saying she will let me know if they will allow me to keep the items, i text melissa 48-72 hours later and little miss melissa states she'll look ove the recording.. mind you i wasnt aware or grant permission for my phone call to be recorded so WHO knows if thats even true. I sent a contact request for GEORGE the manager to reach out and havent heard from him.. whatever moving forward today i asked about the couch and melissa says it has to be in the same condition they dropped it off in like they didnt sell me a a white and brown couch 5 MONTHS AGO lol. moral of the story is DONT come here. i feel bullied, disrespected ,blindsided and blackmailed and i have yet been able to speak to the manager. will update the...
Read moreI currently have furniture I work out of town, I have asked for a payment system online or a auto pay. Which tget don't have in 2019. They have harassed me for a payment that was 10 days late. Sent a person that almost broke my window for banging so hard on my door which I was able to catch on my cameras. Then a day later after I told them I will pay when I come back in town from work. Sent a person and told my daughter a minor that if your mom doesn't pay we are filing crimanal charges after my daughter told her that I was away and come back in a day from work. They are very very unprofessional. And all this and I'm not even late 30 days like it's been two weeks. I work out of state most of the time. It's 2019 get a online system get a auto pay. I have decided to renew my bedcock credit card and go vbac with them. They can have it. Never fall for there scams as I'm a buissness owner my self. I will be make it a point to let the community aware and send buissness elsewhere. He is professional, kind, and very understanding, truly a pleasure to work with and always willing to help. However, I have to be honest about the downside: Melissa. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. It’s nearly impossible to have a decent conversation with her because she constantly cuts you off and disregards what you say. If someone is asking questions about their contract or payments in a respectful way, there’s no reason to respond with such a nasty attitude. I’ve seen other reviews mention the same issues with her, so I know I’m not alone. Melissa makes the experience stressful and unpleasant, and honestly, she will push customers away. This is why I only ever ask to speak with George directly because I know I’ll be treated with respect.
