It’s not what it used to be.

Stopped by Ding Tea today and ordered six teas and needles to say, it’s not what it used to be. The two young men who were serving were very slow, and took forever to make our 6 teas, not only that, they did not seem well versed with the variety of teas. My sister ordered a Kumquat tea that look nothing like the display and tasted like flavored salt water. When we asked about the color of the tea both young men looked at each other like they were clueless to my sisters question. My Monster tea with coffee boba taste subpar and nothing like what I know it's supposed to taste like. My family and I have been patronizing Ding Tea since the very day they opened and one of the things that kept us going back was the friendliness of the owners. Vivian always had a smile on her face and a warm invite to every customer. The friendly and warm atmosphere was missing along with the flavor in the teas. We alway raved about Ding Tea and how it's always consistent with every tea that's made. We would drive over 40 minutes just to get our tea fix, but not anymore. At this rate I might has well just start making my own teas. This was my number one spot in Tampa for boba tea, but...

Ding Tea is THE place to go if you desperately need some boba that’s delicious, authentic, and enjoyable! I get these kicks fairly often, so when I one day was in Tampa and wanted boba, I immediately beelined to the nearest Ding Tea, because I knew it would be great based on visiting other locations.

As suspected, Ding Tea did not fail!! They had a blueberry cheesecake milk tea special when I went that I just had to try, and I wish I had had a magical cup that just continued to refill every time it got to the last dregs. How amazing would that be?!

What I love about Ding Tea is how many options they really have. They do also have food, but just with their teas there are long lists for black tea bases, blended drinks and milk teas and more. And you choose your sweetness level which is a wholeee game changer. Can’t recommend hitting up a Ding Tea more! You will be swinging...

This is literally the only boba spot I go to and I alwaysssss order the same thing! I asked for a taro monster boba latte with boba. When I got to work I realized there was no boba! I called back and a young lady answered the phone and I explained the situation and she admitted she was the one that took the order and that she supposedly confirmed with me regarding the boba and that’s not true! I told the girl that I didn’t even puncture the boba cup and if I can come back with the old one and to get a new one with boba and she kept insisting that she confirmed! And because I’m a regular you would think they would let me bring the one I have back so they can see!! But the girl just kept reparations herself which I think that’s a tactic for them to win against the customer!!! There’s goes 8 dollars thrown away lol I WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR THE POOR...
