I can't say enough about John, Maria and the entire team at Tampa Home Group at Keller Williams. We are leaving our home of 31 years and really needed advice on selling and pricing of our home. After interviewing several Realtors, we picked the Tampa Home Group. Wow, did we get so much more! Marie brought great comps and explained; in detail the selling and the pricing process. Then John did a walkthrough and pointed out items that needed to be repaired or painted while all the time trying to save us money on things not essential. They have resources with roofers, painters landscapers and all types of contractors to get all those projects done. The contractors were all excellent and I think their estimates were very reasonable. The best part, their team coordinates and acts as a liaison with them all. Donyale Kramer and Debbie Moquin emailed, texted, or called us to update, schedule, and follow up on the projects till completetion. The communication is truly outstanding and very comforting during this stressful time. One person they suggested we utilize was a stager; Kim Magnuson, who gave us great suggestions on how to "show" the home. Following their expert advice, we listed on a Friday, open house on Saturday and a contract at full asking price on Tuesday. And after the sale, they continued to assist and offer professional expertise during and through the closing process. I bought my home several months ago and failed to write my review of Tampa Home Group (THG). In brief, they are incredible! This is a long review but I believe that THG is worthy of clients understanding how they work!

I planned to move to FL and assumed I had time to sell my home before finding one to buy. To my pleasure, I received an offer on my home and had to move quickly. I wrote Maria Hoffman of Tampa Home Group (THG) around 12:30 am Sunday morning and by about 5:00 am, she responded! She assured me that THG could assist me and by about 2:00 pm, I received a call from Tania Borelli on her team. I shared a couple of homes that I'd seen on the market with Tania, and the features that I was looking for. Tania gave me her best advice and before the day was out, she had scheduled a showing for my preferred home.

Its important to share that houses in Tampa were not on the market long and Tania had the first viewing on Monday! I decided to put an offer on the home that day and by Tuesday the offer was submitted and ultimately accepted! This took 3 days!!!

Tania is extremely personable and committed to outstanding service. No ask was to small or too much. For example, she took measurements in the home to ensure my furniture would fit, she recommended contractors to address improvements that I wanted to make, and she even checked on the contractors progress as I was still living out of State.
