I had the pleasure of staying here 4 nights, and I am writing this review from the lobby where we are eating biscuits and gravy for breakfast! This hotel is extremely clean, and immaculate. The staff are all very kind and welcoming. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping our room clean and well stocked. The ac in our room was adjustable, I turned it down to 60 and it blew cool air all night long. This hotel is in a great location with many shops, gas stations and restaurants close by. Walking distance to AMC theatre (go and enjoy, we did!) Walking distance from Fridays restaurant where you reciebe 20% off of your bill if you mention that you are staying at the hotel. (I do not recommend the restaurant- however that has nothing to do with the hotel.) The hotel is aprox 6 miles, 16 minuites away from adventure island and bush gardens. The pool at the hotel is beautiful. Not too big, not to small. It stays clean as the pool man works hard to keep it pristine. And the wayer was the perfect temperature. We really enjoyed our stay here. If there is anything this hotel could work on, it is breakfast. We stayed almost an entire week and breakfast was very underwhelming. The same eggs, and sausage each day. (But that is me nitpicking. ) We are leaving this morning and they are serving biscuits and gravy and it's absolutely delicious. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back!! I would like to add that quiet time starts at 10pm, and it is so nice and quiet. We are traveling with kids and I was worried about a hotel being too loud and crazy for us to get any rest. Oh, and you get FREE ice cream sandwhiches every single night here! What an awesome hotel. Business or vacation stays I highly recommend this hotel. I can't wait to come back.

The customer service at this hotel is top notch. The General Manager, George Sandona, was absolutely amazing and accommodating to my elderly mother's needs. He placed us on a ground floor room to make it easier for her to get around easily with her walker. The front desk associate, Melinda, was kind and helpful throughout our stay with providing extra towels, toilet paper, or what have you. The Facilities Manager, Chris Colon, was amazing in helping us connect my cellular to their smart television so my kiddos could watch from our Disney+ account. The room was clean and tidy. It was equipped with a mini refrigerator (no freezer), Keurig K-cup machine, small microwave, hair dryer, and ironing board with iron. The hotel has two washing machines ($2/wash) and two dryers ($2/dry) on the third floor. There are ice machines on the second and third floors. The pool area was nice and it gave you a tropical feel. They provide towels to use at the pool so you don't have to worry about having to pack your own. There's also a small convenience store area if you need to purchase Tylenol to a snack. The complimentary breakfast is another bonus from eggs, protein, cereals, fresh pancakes, pastries, coffee station, oatmeal, and more. There's a movie theater, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. It's also a dog friendly hotel. There were all sorts of sizes of dogs that were at the hotel during my stay. My favorite perk staying at this hotel is the security feel it gives you. I felt absolutely safe to stay there with everything being locked and it required a room key for access to these areas. I also liked seeing local law enforcement in the area providing extra patrol. I will definitely be staying here again.

We booked two rooms for our family trip to Busch Gardens and were genuinely impressed by the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. Although the hotel was slightly farther from the park compared to some of the official partner hotels, it more than made up for the distance with its thoughtful amenities and welcoming atmosphere. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we loved the added perks like the evening ice cream social and the extended pool hours, which gave our kids more time to unwind after a long day at the park. What stood out most was the attention to detail from the staff. Without any special request from us, they noticed the shared last name on our reservations and made sure our rooms were conveniently located near each other—a small but meaningful gesture that made our stay much easier. The complimentary breakfast was a hit with our group, especially considering we had children aged 13, 10, 8, and a toddler. There were plenty of options to satisfy everyone’s tastes and dietary needs. The manager even made a point to personally greet guests at their tables, which created a very warm and hospitable environment. One moment that truly touched us happened as we were checking out. A staff member came running out after us, just to hand my daughter a small stuffed animal from the park as a parting gift. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected act of kindness that perfectly summed up the genuine care and attention we experienced during our stay. This hotel went above and beyond in every way, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations on more than one occasion. Sadly, each was because my Grandfather was in the hospital. He has had 5 admissions in the past year. This hotel is very popular due to their level of customer service. There are two individuals that stand out in my mind. One, is Lea. Lea is caring, compassionate, efficient, understanding, helpful and accommodating. I remember one time in particular.. there was no availability. I went on to explain that my Grandfather was in the hospital and all the hotels near by were booked up and I just needed a place to sleep as I had stayed with him 24 hours for the past 4 days and I was beyond exhaustion. That's when she told me to have a seat while she checked again. Come to find out, as I was having a cup of coffee, she had gone herself to clean and sanitize a room that someone else had checked out of early due to their work schedule. Needless to say this act of kindness brought me to tears. The sweet woman came back to tell me she now had space, And it was evident how hard she had worked at cleaning the room so quickly. She went on to explain to me the situation and that she had just went and cleaned the room and that I needed not look any further that night. When someone goes above and beyond to that level of customer service it is just something that you never forget. The next morning at checkout, there was a gentleman working at the counter and I can't explain to you the level of positive energy he was radiating, but it was memorable. You could tell that he genuinely enjoyed his job and that customer service was of utmost importance to him. I snuck a peek at his name tag and wrote down his name, Miguel. On another occasion Melinda was super friendly and helpful. It's one thing to have one employee rise above the rest, but it seems like everyone that works in this hotel has been carefully selected. Needless to say after the experience we received with these three, my husband and I refuse to stay anywhere else when we need to be close to the hospital. The hotel was very clean, as were our rooms. If I could give these associates 10 stars out of 5, I would! Thank you to every last one of you for making our experiences with you very positive, and for making a difficult situation a little more comfortable. We look forward to staying with you for any of our future needs and plan to pass the word along to anyone looking for a hotel in your area. We love this IGH hotel!...

Before reserving a room, please confirm the hotel’s renovations are complete. Before reserving the room I read the reviews and believed the comments that the rooms were nice and clean. That was proven wrong once I walked in the first room. I first want to say customer service was wonderful and we were accommodated. It could be because they know the rooms need to be updated badly. I am grateful for the patience. My dad and I reserved a room for two nights. Within those two nights we changed rooms three times. The first room we didn’t stay in for five minutes. The walls were dirty and the shower was disgusting. The showers still have tile so if they are not cleaned properly mold begins to set in. Well that is what I saw the most in the first shower. Once I let the front desk staff know she changed us to another room. The rooms walls were cleaner, the tile in the shower was a little better, but there was water damage on the ceiling and the shower head had a lot of mildew. I bought some bleach to clean the shower. After returning to the second room, the tv would not work, we did receive assistance from the front desk staff, she was patient and helpful, even though it was 10pm. We stayed in the second room one night. On the second night the tv started to mess up again and the manager stepped in. He got a chance to see the room we were in and moved us to a larger room, which was the third move on the second floor. It looked better, but again the shower was nasty. This time there was dirt at the bottom of the shower and a few strings of hair on the shower walls. This was not a good stay for me. I did not sleep good either night. I hate to leave this review because the staff and manager was wonderful, but it wasn’t a comfortable stay. I enjoy taking showers, but I dreaded taking them at the hotel. I wanted to leave this review for people who are like me and like cleanliness. If you don’t mind, this review is not for you. I wish I would have saw the review from the person who had a similar experience before reserving. I would have chosen...

Brought my family down to Florida from WV and this is the hotel we picked cause it’s close to Busch Gardens. Anyway the hotel windows open in your room without any kind of warning sign saying that you can’t or that the window access is for managers only. (Not sure if that’s even legal, trying to find out currently) So I had my window open and was standing in the window when I assume what was the maintenance man seen me doing this. He yelled at me from the ground to shut the window immediately that it was for management only as if I was his teenage kid. And then proceeded to go get his manager, which came to my room and knocked on my hotel door. So I open the door and the manager and maintenance man are at my door accusing me of vaping in my room and yelling at me about this window being open. Manager tells me and my family that we have to leave that we are being kicked out on the streets after paying all this money, and traveling 1000miles to get there. I travel a lot for work and my company uses this branch a lot but after this, I’m not sure we will be spending our hard earned money at this outfit anymore. We ended up having to purchase a whole new hotel room to continue our vacation. This hotel claims that the windows open for emergency’s only, and that I forced the window open. I have pictures and videos of how the windows open with no kind of modification. (I took the videos and pictures because this isn’t a normal thing.) The people in the room next to me also got in trouble for having their window open as well. My son is the one who found the windows opened in the hotel room, luckily I noticed him before anything could happen or before he could fall out the 2nd story window. Legal action was put into place the same day. I’m also waiting to get my points back from this hotel chain. Regardless of any “vaping” being done in the room, there is a proclaimed 250$ fine put into place for such activities…not...
