Customer service sucks ,2 older woman who were assisting me had terrible attitude when speaking to me,they had got my order wrong twice,gave an attitude about it and said "I thought u said(some other school)" and id just stand there and was in shock when I know I repeated myself atleast 3 times,I was also told that returns can only be made after 3 days but the receipt said after a week from the date the uniforms have been purchased?! They were only nice towards the end when I was leaving after purchasing uniforms as for the younger employees they were kind and helpful thank...

They are abusing the fact they are the only store selling certain public school uniforms and also make it very difficult to return items without their store receipt even if you can show a credit card receipt. I would avoid this store if you can, knowing that in some cases you might be unable to:-( The schools need to have at least 3 or more vendors for their uniforms so there is some healthy...

Sadly they were out of uniform shorts for my elementary school student which was a surprisingly difficult thing to work around. The staff were quick and helpful...
