Employees were working hard for a crazy lunch rush and getting people served very well. The issue is that online orders are not well laid out for pickup. It says to go to the pickup line, however there is no marker or dedicated employee, so it just ends up with a crowd of people waiting for their pizzas all in the corner by the drinks without being able to tell an employee you are there for pickup unless shouting over at them or waiting in the build your pizza line. Wish there was a better layout for pickup from online orders. After 45 minutes past the pickup time listed online and trying to talk to employees we still did not have our pizza and they did not have it even in the oven. Has to ask for a refund and just left at that point. Busy rush is understandable and they were all working hard but a bit disappointed in the communication. Maybe some sort of pickup sign or calling out the name on the orders waiting in the warming tray every so often? Or can just have us just wait in the main line? Will be back...
Read moreDespite the long wait, it's a decent place for lunch/dinner if it's in your budget. I recommend going Wednesdays (as of this post's date) for their $9.99 regular crust pizza special. This does not apply to any specialty pizzas which I made the mistake of not reading the fine print. The gluten-free and cauliflower crusts are still $3 + on top of the original price of $12.99.

I recommend ordering in advance due to the long wait and line. You get points with the app so it's a win win situation. If you don't order in advance, you're looking at a close to 30 min wait time during the lunch rush hour.
It is pricey, but I think for the size and essentially unlimited toppings option, you're getting a good deal (especially)...
Read moreThe pizza is great and most of the staff is lovely. But you can definitely tell with some of them there is no great training. Before my family and i left we were told that we can call, order and pick up. The website say's delivery is available but it was incorrect. So my wife decided to call and place and order to go and she was told that " ordering to go is not available because they do not have anything to keep the pizza warm while waiting to get picked up " so she explained that we were told it was available by another staff member and Mr.Champ replied that that is incorrect ( with so much attitude ). Please work together and get the information about the restaurant straight. We also have our own food business in NY and that is not a way to respond to a customer especially if you just opened and want your restaurant to be noticed. Be respectful, calm and collected. Other than that,...
