BUY THE AC AND HAVE SOMEONE ELSE INSTALL IT!!!!

I really do not know where to start with this so called business! First off, it’s not the products that they sell that is the problem. It’s the level of knowledge of the OWNER which is abysmal!!! Rich or not, don ‘t start a business if you don’t know what you are doing!!! So the employees and/or technicians follow suit because they are definitely not well trained on a practical level operationally. #1 They barely answer the phones promptly if at all. #2 They don’t promptly answer emails. #3 They NEVER EVER answer their own Facebook messages from their own Facebook page. who is monitoring this business feature??? Obviously no one! #4 If they are unfamiliar with an installation dynamics on certain properties they fail to do assessments before final price quotations. #5 They have no system of tracking customer services requests, every time I call no one knows what’s going on unless I talk specifically to the last person I spoke with even with email communication and visual presence. #6 They had one of employees (Bless her heart) doing work after working hours on a personal phone other than the owner personally trying to help customers, which has to be exhausting for the employee (Burn Out)!!! #7 Some ACs that their technicians install leak after installation and they do not patch up small holes after removing brackets for those new installations. I had to call back now for a third leak repair which is still pending.

Point, lawsuit waiting to happen!!! I don’t think they will be open...

Buyer Beware Inconsistent and Untrustworthy Customer Service.

If I can give it a minus zero I would. I purchased an a/c unit less then 7 months old. This company has a 1 year warranty for a/c unit. The motherboard got damage. Yesterday they told me to bring my a/c tech guy and verified to them the part #. This morning the rep said the part will cost me $130. Isn't the parts under warranty!?!?! I raise a stink with them. Then they said they do not have the parts. Then change their words again and said they have the parts but need to bring the damage parts before giving me the new...

My ac has been not working correctly for sometimes we had another company come out and they never even checked it to get rid of the EC code it was displaying. These guys came in and had it temporarily fixed in less than 30 minutes and plan to come back with the nitrogen to permanently fix it. 110% recommend they have fair prices and the staff is friendly and...
