Honestly just irritated. Our waiter seems great but my order just wasnโ€™t made right. Ordered the five cheese ziti with crispy chicken frita on top because if they put it under the sauce/cheese it gets soggy super fast. It was brought out to the table with the chicken under the sauce and wasnโ€™t baked with a cheese topping. I asked to either get chicken on the side or it remade. The waiter got it remade and I needed to ask for it to go because I just wasnโ€™t super hungry. He brings it out but I didnโ€™t think to recheck it when we were there. I check it after we left and thereโ€™s none of the cheese topping again. And on top of this, the little menu on the table advertising the baked pastas said like $14.99 for the ziti but we were charged $19 not including the chicken. Those prices are on the facebook page as well.

Olive Garden can get a bad rap in the USA, but it can be quite good when executed properly. I chose my default meal to easily compare to the U. S. standard. Started with the pasta fagioli soup & it was worth the trip by itself. Chicken parmigiana was a hearty portion with an ample amount of marinara, not present on previous visits stateside. Kudos to the back of the house ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Service was attentive & courteous with the girls behind the bar. Hoping they can maintain this standard once the trainers leave Guam & that there will be enough hands on deck for the demands of service here. The value for quality & quantity easily trumps my lackluster overpriced meal at Capricciosa. Soup & breadsticks are included with main entrees. Your bill comes with the obligatory Andes mint and 10% service charge. ๐Ÿ’ณ , free WiFi

โ€ข Food: 4.6 so gave 5. The food is pretty consistent good. BUT but but โ€ข Service: 2 Star not inviting this April visits โ€ข Atmosphere would have been a 4 but no greeting, No Hafa Adai greeting, no Island Spirit, just the staff wasn't into it. Make sure my water is always filled and ice tea. So we don't have to keep colling. The advertising on social media is a magnetic, and attracted us to dine here (I'm Local guide), even our tourist visitors had said the tourist advertising for Olive was attracting. Olive Garden should do undercover boss. Guam has only tourist economy. School your staff etiquette basic like Hafa Adai welcome to Olive Garden, my name is Bruce and I'll be your waiter. And smile. But food is 4.6 I eat here 2x month.

Obviously, you came here for a meal. The food is good, but can leave a lot to be desired in some categories. Taste is wonderful. Steak and salmon are well seasoned and cooked to perfection, but any sort of grilled vegetable seems wilted and withered. It's there in spirit to fill your plate, but the embodiment is greatly lacking. Pasta is obviously cooked diligently to come out al dente every time.

To get to the food portion, you have to endure decently long waits compared to other similar restaurants. This can best be suited by exploring the mall in the same complex. The long waits are expected though because it is a new restaurant on Guam.

While you wait, you might get a seat at the bar, but this is also usually quite busy and not suitable for large parties.

The service rate is not the quickest on busy days. The breadsticks that you may have came for will be delivered to almost all tables but yours, multiple times, before they get to you. And the drinks you order take quite a few minutes to finally arrive. Appetizers arrive in a normal timely fashion, followed by the soup/salad, whichever suits your main course.

Now, the salad/soup you waited so long for is fantastic. The main course might be late, but will quickly become the conversation topic and of course hits the right spot, but the side dishes could use some improvement.

Other than the food, the atmosphere is fulfilling. Crowded rooms at almost all times of day, so your personal conversation can be obscured amongst the ambient noise. Reservations can be made ahead of time if you want to minimize the wait time.

Drink options aren't the full range that you'd expect from a bar, but definitely suffice for a restaurant that you can bring your family to.

Meal price may exceed what you think its worth, mainly because of the choice of side dishes. The main courses are perfect, but anything else on the plate, while enjoyable, does not satisfy to the extent of the main course.

Overall a great family choice or a meal with friends, but dint expect any 'fancy...

Saturday 8pm party of 4, 2 adults 1 teen, 1 child.

Appetizers came out very fast, shrimp was great, mushrooms seemed overcooked as cheese was blackened on the edges, artichoke dip also looked to be left in oven for too long but tasted ok.

After we had finished our Appetizers we still did not receive our drinks, it did not arrive till the main coarse arrived. Not even a glass of water while we waited for our food to arrive ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Ordered: ๐Ÿ“Pepperoni pizza, it was decent but dough was very flimsy and had to roll it in order to eat it. ๐Ÿ“kids spaghetti and meatballs, the meatballs was the only thing that tasted good, sauce tasted like it came from a hunts can and lightly heated. We had to remind the staff after an hour to please deliver his ice cream which came with the meal, very frustrating they forgot. They seemed more focus on closing. ๐Ÿ“wife had the soup and it was quite nice and tasty. ๐Ÿ“I had the tour of Italy and I barely finished it as the lasagna was barely warm, tasteless and seemed like it came out of a Payless frozen food section. The fettuccine sauce was awful, nothing like the other times I have eaten it there. The chicken was super dry and they used the same tasteless sauce on it that they used on my son's spaghetti.

Overall: This is not the same Olive Garden my family and I have loved since it came on the island. The quality of the food, ingredients and care in preparing the meals has taken a serious nose dive. I'll give them a year till I ever come back to see if anything has improved but for now they have lost my business. I understand times are tough in Tumon and tourism but these cuts in quality will definitely hurt their local market in the long-term. I hope they can make changes sooner as we do love...

The several times we ate here, the food and service were great. However last night, we left completely disappointed & dissatisfied. When we come here, we order our usual. When we got our food, the food portions were smaller than the several times we ate here. Plus, the food was lacking than compared to before. We asked our server if we could fix the portion for one of our meals. Another person, who was wearing a blue shirt, who we believed to be the manager was completely rude to us when he came to drop of the meal. He asked us if we were the ones who complained about the food portion being small out loud. In those exact words. If a customer is dissatisfied with their meal, you do not go out of your way to embarrass the customer nor speak to them in a condescending manner. Complete lack of hospitality on his part. We were shocked by his lack of etiquette. Because of this interaction, our dining experience immediately became ruined. We donโ€™t know exactly who spoke to us since we didnโ€™t see him again for the rest of the night. But it left us with a bitter distaste that we wonโ€™t be coming...
