I take my teen and his various friends to planet fitness where he has a membership that allows him to bring a friend whenever he goes. It’s part of Tega Cay Village, and they sometimes visit Knowledge Perk coffee house or scoops & swirls ice cream after, and then walk down the street to the goodwill ( not part of the village) I took my 10 year old & 2 friend to J Tea for boba last week, on the side that faces Hwy 160. they have a couple indoor & outdoor seats. There’s few places to for young people to hang out & shop or browse in tega cay / fort mill in 2025. I grew up in a cleveland ohio burb, and comparatively our “Loehmann’s Plaza”had a burger king and Friendly’s, a movies 10 with $1 movies, several teen clothing shops, and a grocery store, within walking distance from my friends house.
