John Thorpe of Walter Mgt and the Board President Rick are terrible leaders. They do not have the residents best interest in mind. In January an HOA tree fell from the hoa property into our yard. The hoa will not pay for damages to personal property, only to the common fence. They claim an act of God. Lived here for a year and has been nothing but a dream. Everyone is so friendly. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. I do wish they had covers over the play structures at the park. My kids cannot go the park when it's over 85° because the structure is too hot to play on. I have only been to the main pool at the clubhouse. I love that they have a kiddie pool and quiet pool for those who want to swim with less noise and splashes. I don't think we will ever move from this neighborhood....

If you are looking for a great apartment to live in at Temecula, you can stop now. The Vineyards are awesome and I loved the two years I was there.
