Upper East Slice — Restaurant in Temecula

I just have to say this. I was at Dave's Hot Chicken last night. The owner of Upper East Slice who said his name was Zach, came in and was very demanding and even cursing out the employees at the Dave's Hot Chicken on Temecula PKWY. There were only 2 employees working last night. Myself and countless others were waiting for our orders when Zach came storming in the door. Asking about his order. Not even aware there were other patrons waiting as well. He was belligerent and completely out of line as the 2 employees were working as fast as they could to get our orders out. I waiting quite a while but I understood they were understaffed. Zach then proceeded to tell the employee he had horrible customer service, curse at him, and even belittle him. And for what? Over some Chicken sandwiches? I only know his name was Zach because he had to mention that he was the Owner of Upper East Slice. Well Zach, let me tell you something. Do better. Treat people better. You should know more than anyone that situations arise and you have to adapt. Im sure those hardworking employees that you tried bullying were indeed working their hardest. Our family has been enjoying Upper East Slice for many years, previously known as Bongiorno's New York Pizzeria.... The new ownership (still in the family) has managed to elevate the dishes we've come to know and love... The interior remodel says everything! So much love and care has gone into every detail! ❤️ This family really takes pride in their generational business, customer service and high quality food. My favorite pizza place! The ingredients are so fresh, and I can eat many slices without it feeling heavy on my stomach. The white pizza with ricotta is a must-try. The ratio of cheese, sauce, and crust is perfect. The crust is perfectly chewy yet crispy. They have the dough fresh in store, and they even sell it too.
