The line was long, and there was only 1 person on the register. The male that was at the register needs some customer service training. Not at all friendly. Most people going to the pharmacy are either sick or helping someone that is sick. He needs to be more personable. I have a card on file and my vist last week he told me I did NOT have a card on file. I have many prescriptions delivered so I KNOW I have a card on file. I didn't have the energy to debate the issue last week. But when I checked out yesterday HE ( the same cashier as last week) asked me if i wanted to use the card on file. I had to call corporate myself to resolve the issue that he should have called to resolve or asked me to allow the manager to call me about the following day.
