New York New York Pizza — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

I buy here almost every week and the last 3 times they’ve messed up on my order today I ordered a xl pizza half cheese half pepperoni (as I do every week)The lady gave me only pepperoni 🤦🏻‍♀️ the last 2 times I ordered the same per usual and they charged me for a xl pizza but gave me a large pizza in a xl box🤦🏻‍♀️. So when I spoke to the manager today he heard my complaint and put me on hold because he said he was going to talk to her. The lady gets on the phone with me and argued with me and basically said I was wrong and only ordered pepperoni… she was the same person who charged me for a xl pizza and gave me a large..she remembered that day too and said I was wrong…she then said to come back for 2 slices of regular pizza… -“and kept arguing with me… of course I didn’t go back… gas isn’t cheap and if she caught a nasty attitude over the phone i can only imagine how she would speak to me in person… so to avoid the drama I’ll take my money else where… food is amazing but the lady who attended me her customer...

Some how the delivery driver can't find my address even thou I have had many deliveries from here before. While talking on the phone with the delivery driver he seems like he wants to do any effort in finding my address. He was using same GPS as I was and try to coach him but both street names he gave me are not in this apartment complex, he kept giving me excuses, I ask for third street name with no answer. His GPS didnt show street names or numbers even thou I am coaching him while looking at mines - google maps. End up cancelling order after several minutes on the phone with him, $10 tip down the drain for him. Thankfully I was going to pay cash. When I call the pizzeria to cancel, I explain what the situation was and just cancel, like they didn't care, this is how businesses loose customers now a days. No more NY NY Pizza for me, $36 ordered down the drain. As I think of it, they probably didnt even make the order amd just pretend to call as the delivery driver and "not find" the address just so I cancel....

Pizza was fantastic, customer service was horrendous. Came in with my family after leaving Busch Gardens and just wanted to order a large cheese with some garlic knots. We came in a little after 9 pm, so they were getting ready to close. At the register, after ordering the food, I asked the guy what they had for drinks. He states they only had cans, water, and two liters. He stood there staring out the window while I look around behind the counter to find out what they offered for drinks. I had to read them aloud to my family. Paid for the food and was waiting for it to be ready. We were planning on dining in, since it had been a long day. While waiting on the food they started cleaning up and set the chairs up on the table across. Point being is, they were done and had a huge attitude with any of the work they had to do. I understand what it’s like serving customers that close to closing, but if you’re going to be jerks then alter your hours to suit your needs better. Either that or find another job. We...
