These people stole my debit card the manager Jerome stole my debit card on 07/07/2019 I ordered three Supreme Hot Fire Tacos I sat in that restaurant and ate my food n activated my debit card I had just gotten had 100$ on there I mistakenly threw my debit card in the trash with my taco wrappers and everything else not even five minutes later I came back to the store and dig through the trash for my debit card I noticed it was missing when I got to the Circle K just up the street which is only about 5 minutes away I dug threw the trash can only thing was there was my napkins my drink cup and the wrappers from my tacos my receipt was missing my debit card was missing I asked the manager Jerome to run the camera back and check and see if he saw anyone over there digging in the garbage can because their cameras are set up to where you can see in that area I was just there 5 minutes ago he took 30 minutes to an hour looking at the camera I felt as if he was falling and trying to protect himself or someone in that store who stole my debit card he will coordinate some of the footage on his phone but I did not send it because on your phone you can edit stuff out if you want to demenager Jerome was not understanding that I was very upset about my debit card he was very rude to me he was shouting at me and yelling at me acting very ghetto almost as ghetto as he looked he had no reason to scream and yell at me if he's not guilty about anyting he was not professional at all and he was not calm at all you seem very suspicious very angry when I came back to the store he didn't even want to speak to me he said another manager out to speak to me I had to call the police but because I called and canceled my card in a new one will be on his way the police stated did I cancel my card I said yes she told me well you're good to go then there's nothing more to do she was rude as well I explained to her that I had kids she said your kids have nothing to do with this I said sure they do it's their money I will never eat at this Taco Bell ever again I am a very upset customer I still do not have...
Read moreI’m getting really tired of the bad service at Taco Bell, it’s not just this location it’s others as well. It was my first time going to this particular location though. I decided to go inside and order on the kiosk because I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted and I didn’t want to be that person holding up the drive through line. They didn’t make the drinks on my order, So I just stood at the counter waiting for someone to come up front. Several employees just looked at me but never came over. Finally one person did ask what I needed, I told them and then they went off to get the drinks. They only brought 2 of the drinks on my order and ran away before I could say anything. So I waited again, they come again and rinse repeat. I never get the drink and the same person as before just goes and makes it. And they just put it on the counter without saying anything. The atmosphere is horrendous, no one spoke at all or even apologized for the wait/not making part of the order. It’s not like I was in a rush or anything, I don’t mind if it takes a few minutes, especially because 2 of the drinks were frozen, but the lack of communication or anyone showing that they care is what bothers me. The drink fountain on the lobby side said out of order but I saw an employee getting a drink there, so I’m assuming it works fine but they have it blocked because of covid or something? If you’re not going to make people’s in store drinks than why not just open it up and give us our cups so we can do it ourselves. And I understand they also have to run the drive through as well but it didn’t look busy and you can’t just ignore the customers in the store either. Just seems like drive through is priority and they don’t care about anyone else. Read moreI ordered on the app. I waited for over 45 minutes inside the store and the app said they still said they hadn’t even started on my order. I get that it is busy, but the girl up front shouldn’t be giving me attitude if I’m asking where my order is 40 minutes after it’s supposed to be ready. I ended up leaving after they couldn’t give me a time frame on how much longer it would be. I told them I wanted a refund and they told me they wouldn’t be able to process the refund and that I had to call the 1800 number. They told me “they can’t do refunds or cancellations” at the store. 20 minutes later I get a notification on my phone saying my food is ready at Taco Bell. So I figure you know what, I’m hungry still, why don’t I go back and get the 35 dollars of food that I paid for. So I get in my car and drive back to Taco Bell. Upon arrival, my food is actually not ready, still had never been made and the girl told me they didn’t make my order because I said I wanted to canceled it. SHE LITERALLY TOLD ME THAT SHE DOSENT HAVE THE ABILITY TO CANCEL AN ORDER. So the app sais my food is ready but the employee is telling me it’s still not? After over an hour at this point. She was unwilling to make my food for me as she just walked away from me and went to the back area. As of now, the food still says “ready for pick up” but they have no food for me. In total, I wasted 1.5 hours of my time at this Taco Bell, and in the end the staff was unwilling to make my order that I paid for and they were unable to refund to me.
