We stopped in after being at Moffitt Cancer Center all day for testing because we love CFA!!! Sadly, our order came and we had to return because my bun was hard and the chicken was dripping in grease. I went in the store and spoke with Olivia who looked at me blankly, offering no apology when trying to communicate my issue. I explained the situation and asked to have my sandwich remade. Additionally, I asked if I could have fresh fries too because the ones outside will soon be cold. Olivia stated that I would have to bring the other fries inside the restaurant before they would take care of my needs. I shared I've been at testing all day showing her the hospital identification bracelet still attached to my wrist, but I will go get you those fries for you now, go ahead and start making my new order. Walked outside brought the fries back in and Olivia was standing at the cash register ignoring me so I leaned over and placed the fries on the counter of which the container tipped over and some fries fell spilled out of the box onto the counter only. Jacob immediately came over and scoped up the fries while telling me I was not welcome back into the store because I threw fries at Olivia. I assured him I did not throw fries at Olivia but since we've had previous issues with this store, including the lack of cleanliness, we won't return. I encouraged Jacob to go back and look at the many cameras in place to view what he did not see. I received my new meal and went back to our car when I realized my husbands sandwich was no better and took the meals back in to receive a refund.

I literally sat there for almost half an hour only to see people that ordered and arrived after me get their food before me. My name was on the mobile order screen and then suddenly disappeared so after I saw people that arrived after me get their food I approached the counter and asked why my name hadnāt been called. They told me that they didnāt have the kale crunch that I ordered and said they called my name when they realized they didnāt have it and put my order āon the backā. I was sitting there the entire time when I clicked āat the restaurantā for my order and they didnāt call my name. They literally said nothing and had me waiting and waiting. I told them to forget the kale crunch and then they handed me my order only to have half the order missing! I told them that and the ticket print out only listed half my items so they had to go back and pull up the receipt. L I was very annoyed and asked to speak to his manager and the only response he gave me was that they were short staffed. I get that businesses are short staffed but that wasnāt even the reason why Iām sitting there. Iām sitting there because they couldnāt communicate or just even fulfill the order and take the kale crunch off my order. They even charged me for the kale crunch they didnāt even have! Beyond frustrated with this location and lack of customer service. Not what I expect out of a chick...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an order in the drive thru. Which was strange because the guy was just strolling along, and no one was in the lane. The girl comes by and takes my order due to a shift change. My first alarm was I had to tell her my name at the end because she took the order and never asked. I wait at the window for 20 minutes as I watch other cars go by. They tell me, your order was cancelled. I said why? I show them the receipt from my bank and they said, that will go away tomorrow. I said what, I drove from taking my order to this window and waited for 20 minutes and no one was going to say anything as I am just sitting at this window waiting? They said, oh there was a glitch, we have to take your order over. After the manager walked around looking for a $34.38 recipt in his sysytem. I said, That really isn't fair. So they said, we will give you a discount. I said, can I just have my food. They took the order over, now we are at 45 minutes waiting... they give me the bags and I get home and food is missing. I call them, German says, we will put you in the book because I spent my entire lunch in line waiting on a simple order. This had to be the worst service I have ever received from Chick-fila. Not only do I have to wait to see if the order was really cancelled although both orders are still pending, they forgot the part of the food and the fries were cold. This was the last place where you could actually get good customer service. I guess they finally joined the rest of the bad...
