I have had my mobile service through MetroPCS since 2011. I have always been happy with it. Although, Iāve had some disappointing interactions with a few employees at different locations over the years.
All of that changed on my March 6th visit to the 10837 N.56th St location.
I found out that my husband had been hacking into my Samsung S22 without my permission, locked me out of all my online accounts, secretly copied all of my text messages and was recording some of my phone calls. All with the intention to find something to use against me because he was planning on getting divorced. All of which left me devastated, scared for my safety and terrified to trust anyone.
When I walked in to the 56th St location to see the friendly, smiling faces of the staff- I knew I would be in good hands. I happened to get to served by Hassan. I explained the situation I was in. He reassured me that he was going to do everything he possibly could to make sure that I would have my privacy restored and my piece of mind back. He was so kind, understanding, and showed genuine empathy. He helped walk me through a very difficult situation and made sure I had everything I needed to secure my safety. He did do everything he could to get me a secure phone, worked with me so that I could afford it and made it impossible for my husband to access my account- no matter how hard he tried.
There are no words to express how grateful I am for all he did to help me and how he patiently took the time to answer all of my questions.
I always had phones with Android platforms and had no problems figuring out how to use them myself. The new phone I purchased was an IPhone, so I was completely unfamiliar with how to use it.
Hassan reassured me that he would be there to help me if I needed anything, had any questions, or ran into any other issues or problems. Just knowing that thereās someone reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy like him to help me is truly invaluable. I will forever be grateful for his hard work and problem solving skills.
I have had to go back several times since, when I canāt figure out something on my IPhone. Hasan has always taken his time to help me work through the issues Iāve had while learning how to use the new operating system.
If you want excellent customer service and someone who will go above and beyond to help you decide on which new phone to get, plan to pick that meets your needs, make a payment, or just answer any other questions you may have- go see Hassan . Even if the store isnāt the closest one to you, itās well...

For some reason the coupon was not working, and Michael, the store manager, assured me he would resolve the issue. Then it ended up that they had to get the phone I needed from another store, and May, the district manager, personally left the store I was in and drove to the other store and back to bring me my new phone. Brian, a Metro corporate representative, heard about the situation with the coupon and he drove to the store just so he could waive the activation fee for the new phone (to be honest, I would have had no problem paying it, as I was not trying to get anything other than the coupon discount, but I was grateful that Brian did that for me). And Mariennna, one of the staff members, kept me laughing and entertained while I was waiting for May to return with my phone. Literally everyone there today jumped in to help solve my problem and to make sure I was a satisfied customer. That level of customer service is all too rare these days, and everyone at this store is to be commended for the way they treat their customers. They say, "can't unlock it because its not eligible" got to wait for 180!!! WTF!!! I told the girl who sold the phone to me, and she said it wasn't her fault. Who the F*cK's fault is it, huh???!!!! She even said she wasn't informed by Metro of policy change, until two weeks ago. Metro, on the other hand, said policy had already changed since April this year. If you're going to lie, at least make it more believable!
Stay away from this store, and if you have to shop there, make sure you get proof from what they say!!!..... in black and white!!!! Never return again, and NO MORE...
