Unprofessional service. As a previous business owner, quality service is paramount. I gave the salesman my budget for a gift, he laughed and told me there’s nothing in the store he can offer me… nonetheless I found a simple pendant that I was looking for. After payment I asked him to retrieve a box more suitable for the size of the pendant. He tossed two large boxes out on the counter and told me that’s all he has. When I asked when they would get smaller boxes in, he simply ignored me and welcomed the next customer. What really put me off is the nature of his arrogance. He could barely speak a lick of English and insisted that there was nothing appropriately sized to package my purchase. Finally, his coworker instructed him to grab a pouch from the drawer. No apologies for his ignorance.
