There is no better cell phone company than Boost. I love them. I never have any dropped calls, I always have service no matter where I am and the icing on the cake is Cory who has got to be Boosts best employee ever! There is nothing he doesn't know about the phones he sells and the packages boost offer, and he will tell you what he thinks is the best for you according to your needs even when he is suggesting a lower cost than what you thought you needed because honest to god he deosnt care about money , quotas, whatever. Cory cares only that when you leave you are happy with your phone and package you got because he cares and you know it. And fast.... omg takes care of 2 different people plus on the phone cuz the man is all about multitasking so your not waiting very long to be waited on. That's my honest opinion... Read moreI've been a customer of Boost for over 8 years. I love the phones, prices & the plans but I'm very disappointed with the service. Especially in Terre Haute. When I do actually have an issue, I go to the stores in town & no one is there! No one answers the BUSINESS phone, no answer at the door. Tried back a couple hours later & nothing at either place. It'd be nice to put up a sign or put a message on the voicemail? Or maybe even just call the customer back when they leave a message! If I have to make a trip to the store, it means I have a serious problem. I'm probably going to switch to another carrier because literally every time I try to go to the local stores, the doors are locked & can't get help. Read moreI love Boost. I've never had any.real problems with them. Their plans are great. They have something for every price range. Customer service is awesome, with the exception of wait time but that is due to the fact that they dont rush you when you have a question or problem ans make sure your situation is resolved before they move to the next customer, so sometimes you do have to wait but know when its your turn, you will get that same devotion to your situation.
