4.5 stars. A few minutes after I called last night, about 10PM, Elliott took the time to text with me and look at pictures of my broken tablet to make sure the problem was the digitizer. I made an appointment for this afternoon, and proceeded to make the drive from Vincennes. Although I was a bit late, I was informed that it was OK, and that I could still have my tablet repaired today. I walked to the local coffee spot, waited approximately one hour, and received a phone call: They did not have a black screen to match my device, only a white one. This is the only negative aspect of the visit. I was informed that they could get the black version by tomorrow, but that would require me to undertake an additional two hours of driving. I feel like I could have been informed about said matter before I’d made the trip. Gas is too expensive and time too dear for me. I accepted the white screen rather than waiting and driving. My personal opinion is that, as a customer who’d been told it would be an easy, quick fix, a few bucks could have been knocked off the $120 (about $122 with tax) repair price. If you are afraid of dogs, call ahead so that they might put their dog away before you arrive. It jumped on me a few times, but it’s still a puppy. Other than that, the service was very fine. If you require immediate assistance with your device, I recommend you make an appointment. It took about an hour, so bring a book or something. In sum, this is a rather good...
Read moreAt first, the interaction was very pleasant. The guy we dropped our Xbox off with it was very nice. We took it there to have one of the ports replaced because it was worn out. When we picked it up about a week later, it cost me $149…. Wayover priced, but I didn’t mind because of the convenience and how nice the people were when we got the Xbox home and turned it on for some reason or another. They had erased my son’s account completely and reset or Xbox. We lost many things financially that we are not able to recover. I text back many times letting them know and I never got a response. Literally two days later the Xbox now will not work at all. I have text back many times and told them that my Xbox was not working and I have not got a reply I can very easily show all these messages. This is literally my first bad review on any place and I hate to do this because I thought this place was a good one. Keep in mind I supplied all my own parts minus home button. I explicitly said I need mother board swapped over and would like my parts back. When I returned he swapped the mother board over and switched out home button. Informed me the battery needed swapped over. Because it wouldn’t charge. You would think he would’ve just done that and charged me a little more but instead gave me a non working phone. I asked if all my parts were returned and he said he made sure of it. I checked the bag and my home button was missing. I took to battery plus and they fixed it properly for $25 and didn’t misplace my parts!!!!! To the response you posted!!!
