E-Z Mart — Local services in Texarkana

Ez- mart on W. California in Ruston La. For about a year now. Every time anybody pulls in the parking lot, Ms. Joyce always gets up and start doing other things. She will make you wait until she get through doing whatever she’s doing. The lines piles up. She has no regard to checking people out in a timely matter. Between each customer, she finds other things to do, besides checking the next person out. She barely knows how to run the register. Pressing wrong buttons. Incorrect change. Then she’s always swiping her own rewards card for everybody’s transactions. She acts clueless to what she’s doing. I know the company can tell the sales have went down. People are walking away, frustrated everyday, simple because it’s always a bad experience when she’s there. It’s NEVER a simple transaction. The entire Ruston knows not stop there if she behind the register. You will be in the store for 10 whole minutes. Please do something...

Clerk at the Monroe La store (7/2/2025) at approximately 11:45 am held my hundred dollar bill because I was filling up and paying cash. After filling up, the clerk handed me a wad of money. As I counted it back the bundle of money was short 5 dollars. When I told the clerk about it she became hostile and said that she would have to go look at the pump. I do not understand why she had to do that but whatever. On the way back into the store I told the clerk that if she had just counted the money back to me we could have avoided all this mess. She said something unintelligible and I asked her if she knew how to count money. She got more irate and accused me of trying to play her. I didn't argue and again counted the money and found that two 5 dollar bills were stuck together. She then said see there thank you bye! It is so wrong for the employees of the store to be able to buy up all the. 50 cents off cartons and cigarettes before the public has a chance to benefit from the special. When I asked about them he was actually proud that he bought them all up and screw the public. I like shopping at your store but I will quit if you can't pass along the discount to your customer. It was at Store #5 and the clerks name is Randy. If that is not his real name, then he's. the gay gentleman that was working the afternoon of 3/25/2017.
