Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Wake Village

Today was the first time we've been back to this Sonic location since they brought us burnt corn dogs about 3 years ago. We were headed to our niece's graduation and needed something quick, so I placed an order for some corn dogs and a couple of cokes through the app ahead of time. We wait several minutes before someone finally comes out and informs us that they didn't know where to find us so they threw our food out! We arrived within the time suggested on the app, and immediately checked in. A car hop never even came out with food to look for us! About 6 minutes later, the guy came back out offering us drinks while we waited for fresh corn dogs. I told him we ordered drinks, we'll take those. He said they threw away our entire order, along with the receipt, so he didn't know what we had!! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! IT'S THE...

Placed a order for 3 drinks and one large fry...waiting 20 minutes then a lady pulled up next to us and 5 minutes later she had a bag of food and tray of drinks.. then I'd been there 25 minutes by this time I hit the button and waited another 10 minutes for a response.....35 minutes total I was oit of the car headed on when they finally resp9mded and I asked why id been there 35 minites for 3 drinks and fries ..thy saod oh sorry it was rang up on wrong stall and then they brought ne out drinks and fries that had been sitting for 35 minutes smdh.......had to hit button again and wait wait wait get out to go in and met at door then they remade the food which they good and well knew had been sitting for 35 minutes....no work ethic...

Never been more disappointed by a place of business. I had four people in my car and we were doing a scavenger hunt which included all of us drinking from the same drink then a picture with spoons on our noses. I asked the man taking my order for four spoons and straws with my drink. The place was deserted. After about 15 minutes the carhop comes out with my drink and the straws and spoons on her tray, hands me the drink and one straw and says "you're not getting all these" and walks away with the rest of them. Another worker sitting outside on her break started laughing. Absolutely pathetic service for...
