Taco Bell — Restaurant in Texarkana

I usually go to this location, no problems.

This time I went into This Taco Bell location. I normally order 2 Crunchy Tacos with no supreme. (Just meat and cheese). My food was cold, undercooked, and my second taco was put together so bad that when I open the package, The meat fell apart and landed in the bag. When we called this location, the man who answers the phone "claims" that he's one of the managers. In fact, everyones the manager there. Jon Taffer calls them stupid-visors. As we were on the phone with the so called manager, he was very rude when he said to us "Well, bring the order back, and replace your tacos." When I went in. The did replace the tacos. I was looking behind the counter. And they literately dropped the food that was bagged and ready to be served. They picked it up and still served it.

When they gave me my order, they didn't even bother throwing the other one away. So I did it for them. So when you go there, guarantee everyone there will say they're a manager. And the next time they drop food, it could be...

This was my first and last time coming to this location. I was at this location on Sunday evening and I had a large order. The lady that took my order was very rude if I asked a question she got bitchy with me. She could not understand the difference between a number 8 and a number 10 I wanted the number 10 and then she would say you want the number 8, I said no the number 10 she said what's that Finally I said s10- ten and she was like just ignorant about it. My order was a mess nothing and I mean nothing was right. I wanted a slushy drink she said it was broke but when I got to the widow it was running. I asked for hot sauce she slammed the window shut and didn't say a word . As she proceeded to send my food out she handed it to me without a thank you or come again. Have been to this restaurant several times. Hard pressed to get an order the way it is ordered. One time I pulled into the drive thru only to be told I cannot place an order unless I do it thru Door Dash? Tonight I went in about 8:10 pm. There were 2 women at the drive thru, no one at the counter. One women looked back at me 3 times, but no one ever offered to wait on me. There was NO ONE else in line, JUST me. Stood there 5 minutes. I finally thru my hands up and left. Drove over to the Richmond Rd area, and that young man was above and beyond Polite and respectful. I am to the point of staying away from fast food places on 7th Street. 3 in particular, they are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND YES I AM GOING TO SAY IT, THEY ARE RACISTS.
