I want to say first that most times I have come the staff has been very nice, not professional, but nice. This time it was the worst I ever had. I pulled up and ordered two meals. One was a roasted chicken meal that she said I would have to wait 18 minutes on. I decided not to order the roasted chicken. She interrupted to tell me right off that they were out of rolls. I continued to order but at the end of ordering I ask if they could substitute an extra side since there were no rolls. By the way still paying the same price. She told me they would not be able to do that since a roll only cost .69 cents and a side was an extra $3.00. I said ok I understand but then she said “would you like an extra piece of chicken instead”? I said no thank you. Then she said “ what about double mashed potatoes “? Now I’m puzzled because potatoes are a side and I would think an extra piece of chicken would cost more to replace a roll than an extra side since I did ask for that but couldn’t get that because “it cost more”. Hmmm 🤨. When I said no to the potatoes and ask why I couldn’t get a side when she was offering more potatoes and more chicken she just said “will that complete your order Ma’am? I said I was wondering if you could explain that to me. Her response was the same and then I ask if she had someone she could ask. She then replies no I just work here ma’am. Then “does this complete your order”. I said YES! Cancel it! Then she sarcastically “ have a good evening ma’am”. I drive off and went to a different location with excellent customer service. I will be giving the other location a good review and will be giving them my business also. I realize everyone has bad days but learn that customer service is not about how your feeling for the day but how can I please my customer where they will want to come back. Make it always a...

The lady that waited on me inside the restaurant was a little distracted, but she was nice and efficient with placing our order. The ice machine was out of ice, but the young lady who brought me our food, took our cups and gave us some ice from another machine. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes!!! When ate our tenders, they were delicious!! The outside looked like every standard chicken strip, but it was so tender, juicy, flavorful and yummy!! We chose the battered fries for our side and they were fantastic!! They were of a good quality potato and the batter was very nicely seasoned. Then I tried the country gravy and oh my!!! I usually don’t like gravy from fast food places because it always has too much pepper and tastes like wallpaper paste!! This was A-mazing!! Very good flavors, not too peppery, creamy and paired well with both the fries and the chicken!! My son loved the roll. He said it tasted like pizza, Chinese food and chicken… he’s 15; please excuse him! But he did like it!! He ate it so fast I didn’t get a chance to ask for a bite!! Update: We decided to give this location another try which turned out to be another disappointment. We ordered 4 pc tenders and 4 pc catfish. The tenders were good however the fish seemed like it had been cooked entirely too long even the inside was crispy. What a waste of money.

My husband went through drive thru order fish with jalapeño poppers and chicken strip with okra while ordering he asked could he order wings without sides and was told no just 6 wings with a roll so he said ok. When he gets to window there is a sign that says add 3 wings for $2.99 so he asked about it and got a shrugging of the shoulders. He was then told to pull forward they were waiting on poppers. After 20 minutes a guy comes out and asked if he was waiting on fish and he replied yes and that was told that poppers was what was taking so long. Then the guy said it was the fish that they had to cook and he had put a couple extra pieces in the box for having to wait so long.
