Bought a gift for my granddaughter. Asked if it was returnable, was told for store credit. She tried to take back and get store credit to pick out another gift. She was told that I didn't have an acct there and needed the receipt. They looked for the transaction but couldn't find it🤔. Embarrassing for grandaughter and myself. The store and service are amazing! I can never visit the store without walking out with way more than I needed :). They have gifts for young and old and the store is always pristine. I even had the pleasure of a hand delivery for my online order and working with me to find a size at another location ....
