Rainbow Shops — Local services in Texas City

My sister, my daughter, my niece and I were shopping tonight and were the only customers in the store. There were three ladies working and they were unfriendly to begin with. We all had handfuls of cute things that we were planning on purchasing and my 12 year old niece suddenly needed to use the restroom. So I asked one of the workers and she said they didn’t have a public restroom. I said we are not finished shopping and we will have to leave all of our stuff and go if she couldnt quick use the bathroom so she said she would ask her manager. Her manager said the same thing “no public restroom”. So we dropped everything and left. We were the only customers for miles, you would have thought they would have wanted the sale. This is the closest rainbow to me, which us approximately 25 minutes away. I was excited when someone advise me of the location so I decided to go on 4/22/24. I found there dressing room was closed so I asked and the lady told me yes it's closed. She then proceed to say I had 7 days to return any item I buy that I cannot fit. I will not be driving 25 minutes back home to find the clothing I purchased doesn't fit. The dressing room being closed was a significant inconvenience and a lost of revenue for your owners because I will not purchase anything I cannot try on first. You loss at least $200 because I was planning on spending money on a few items to gild me over until I return to the store. Based on this experience I will never buy or return to this store.
