Prices are decent, but it feels like a furnace in here. Are we at a Motel 6 or what? No wonder it’s dead at 7pm on a Saturday—you can’t even breathe. ***UPDATED – ONE HOUR LATER, SAME NIGHT Although management replied, it's still completely unbearable in this place—it’s literally as hot inside as it is outside. On top of that, we paid $40 for bowling lanes that were having issues the entire time. Then we got charged $35 for FOUR Coronas—yes, $35 for just four beers! That’s over $8 a bottle. They also charged us $2 PER kids card, on top of the arcade credit. We spent $107 just on three arcade cards. Not exaggerating—90% of the games were out of order, broken, or took our money without working. All in all, we just threw away $200 for a miserable experience. Never coming back. Would rather spend the gas to drive to Houston and enjoy Main Event or Dave & Buster’s where things actually work and the AC is on.

I celebrated my son’s 12th Birthday at LVL UP and it turned out awesome!! They were able to accommodate my large party amd all of my requests. All of my guests had a blast including the adults. The staff was very attentive and polite. Angel assisted in booking my event and worked really hard on my event. The setup and decorations were above my expectations. Absolutely loved it! She went above and beyond with all the tiny details to ensure my event was perfect. The party host was also awesome. She was very attentive and was super nice. She was always around from start to finish. My guest loved all of the attractions and really loved the food. The place was really clean. I would definitely return and would definitely book another party at LVL UP. The entire experience was a 10/10. Definitely recommend booking a party or just coming in for the day.

I took my 5 kiddos today for the all day passes ... $35 for unlimited jump, unlimited laser tag, and $15 game card. We waited in line for 15 min (no prob) and walked up to the register at 2:03p. He tells me they are not selling anymore of those passes today. Manager decided to cut it off at 2p. Apparently he does this often. After a short convo he sold them to me and we were on our way. I really like the place and the kids had a good time BUT, the place was gross. I mean FILTHY. It was a Sunday evening, mind you so it wasnt busy at all. Employees were layed up on the couch sleeping. Another one had a napkin full of food that he was leaning down and scooping out with his mouth while he worked. Again, liked the place but the pics won't do it justice on the filth. I hope things improve.

I see the potential in this place. I came back after a few years and wasn’t impressed. So to begin it was very hot, I guess the ac was broken. I paid like $24.95 for a jump start package which is just trampoline and $10 game card. $54.94 for 2 end game packages which came with $20 game card each, unlimited go carts, jumping, axe throwing and laser tag. I bought that because my kids enjoy go carts but I didn’t like that the staff told the kids they couldn’t come back until 30 minutes after several rides..I guess they were getting on it over and over and it wasn’t allowed? Well what’s the purpose of buying the unlimited package? Anyways the place needs a lot of TLC, it’s not well lighted and kinda dirty. Everything is kinda worn down. (I guess you would have to be the judge of what is considered clean.) it was my sons birthday and I couldn’t bring in a cake unless I paid a $25 cake fee. I guess, but considering I already paid $20 for a very basic pizza I would have liked to be able to bring in a small cake. Restrooms were not very clean. It would have been nice for them to have said “hey we charge a fee for debit or credit card.” I guess I should have asked. I liked the skating rink and rope course they use to have. Also bowling and pickleball are not included in any package. So that’s an extra fee. They also have a fee for game cards which idk anything about that but I was told because I bought a package I didn’t get charged for it. I paid $150 for all 3 packages, I asked why so much they said taxes and credit card/debit fee. Also the lady at the bar was working very hard and was very busy, wish she had help. Well over all my son had fun but my pocket and expectations were messed with lol I hope it gets better for LVL fun we understand that owning a business is hard work and I’m willing to come back later down the road. We are rooting for...

Where do I start.. ok so We had a birthday party for my two boys yesterday and the food was terrible the big chicken tenders (or I don’t believe they were chicken tenders more like chicken thighs or was it even chicken… because it didn’t take like it ) 😭 when it was brought out I thought they were frozen tenders from the looks of it. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I definitely didn’t expect them to be that big there was no taste to it you can see me on camera the look on my face & the pizza like how do you mess up on pizza ? And when I smelled the pizza it smelled like cardboard it’s like they just slapped the cheese and the sauce together with no care in the world but it was horrible and way too much sauce that didn’t taste like pizza sauce 🤮and the fries tasted like Popeyes fries which I don’t care for. I just don’t understand how all this money was spent on this place and for the food to be horrible like this. 🤔 It doesn’t make since Coming from family caters this was disappointing. When our host brought back out my kids 2 cakes and ice cream from the “freezer” the ice cream was melted and the cake looked slightly melted as it was in the sun for 10min. Overall we had the guy host and he was awesome and sooo helpful everything else I experienced besides the food was great lots of space & cool vibes. Just please do better with the food...

I visited Level Up a couple of days ago and the experience was awful. The girl at the front desk, young with circle glasses , was extremely rude and snappy when we asked about the prices. What she told us didn’t match the prices posted on the sign, and instead of clarifying, she acted annoyed. The environment itself was just as bad. It was extremely hot, and the arcade machines were in terrible condition. Many wouldn’t start even after the cards read, and some machines didn’t even have card readers attached, just wires hanging out where they should’ve been. On top of that, I never once saw a single employee cleaning during my visit, which only added to the uncomfortable and neglected feel of the place. When we went to the bowling area, the staff rolled his eyes at us just for asking for shoes and a lane. That kind of attitude is unacceptable anywhere, especially at a place people are paying to enjoy. Overall, Level Up felt dirty, poorly maintained, and unwelcoming. Between the rude staff, broken equipment, lack of cleanliness, and uncomfortable atmosphere, I would not recommend this place at all. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about...
