BoxDrop Furniture Legends — Local services in The Colony

It seems like the people leaving five star reviews have only bought mattresses from this place and not their couches because if they had bought a couch, they wouldn't be leaving five stars. The mattresses that we have gotten have been great! They're the best place for getting a comfy bed at a good price but their couches are worse quality then something you'd get at Walmart or big lots. Our couches from them all break in various places, the fabric tears, the pillow cushes sink in and this is all in less than a year with just normal sitting on the couch. In comparison, we have a couch from Ashley Furniture that's lasted over 6 years and still going strong. Now you may be wondering why get another couch with them in the first place? Because we thought that it must've been just a bad couch and we know they sell great beds so it can't be them. They say that they get the same things that you might get from Ashley's or Nebraska but I can't believe that anymore. It seems like any couch from them is sure to break down in only a few months. I say that from my experience and the experience of a friend that I recommended to go to them because they are a family owned business, they usually have good customer service, and again, they still have great mattresses. I would definitely still recommend them for beds but...

We just experienced why BoxDrop in The Colony have a perfect rating and are so recommended! We got an amazing deal on a king size mattress along box springs, a bed cover and pillows. They have a great selection of mattresses to choose from and we ended up selecting a hybrid, which we found extremely comfortable and just what we were looking for. Heather and her husband were so kind to us and a big help throughout the process, explaining the differences in the mattresses. I would 100% recommend anyone and everyone to check them out. About a year ago we went to one of the big store chain retailers for our son's mattress (twin size) and paid a significant amount more just for the mattress. I wish we had known about BoxDrop in The Colony because we could have then gotten our mattress along with our son's and still saved money. So much to say... You saved me today! I spoke with Heather online yesterday evening 2/12 and asked if I came in today 2/13 would I be able to have something delivered before this afternoon... I was sure she would say no, but she said it was possible! I confirmed my 11:30am appointment early this morning. I arrived around 11:15. Kirk showed me to the area that had living room sets. With the most helpful advice from Gary, I found one I liked (thank goodness). Gary confirmed that I would be able to have it delivered today, but then, today became right now! I signed my contract and was out the door trying to beat the delivery guys to my place. I was back in my living room sitting on my new sofa by 12:45!
