BEWARE (negative stars would be given if it was possible) - my family ordered wood and cement that was to be delivered to us along with screws and nails, (granted it is the 4th of July, but that was the date they chose - AFTER they did a no call no show on Monday). We live in a rural area, and my father has a heart condition. Needless to say, they called this morning that they would not come up our road because it would put WEAR on their tires and we had to meet them at the bottom of the road. We came down with our truck and trailer and the wood was bundled and we had to undo the wood and reload it into another truck which they would also NOT help with at all!!!!! 😡😡 My father helped and is now ill because of the amount of work he did because they REFUSED to bring the wood up our road. Yes it is graveled, but my 2022 Honda Civic Sport which is low to the ground makes it up JUST FINE multiple times a day. TIRES WEAR DRIVING THEM ON ANY ROAD. They also FORGOT the screws and nails and didn't refund the delivery fee. We will be filing a complaint and contacting corporate. This is absolutely absurd. PROPANE TRUCKS COME UP HERE MULTIPLE TIMES DURING THE YEAR WITH NO ISSUES!!!!!!!! HOME DEPOT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. No receipt was given either and nothing was said about refunding the delivery fee. HALF OF THE JOB IS NOT A WHOLE JOB BEING DONE. My father is 63 years old. Luckily we had help to get the job done but if it was him alone, what would have happened?!?!?! Went to home depot today to buy a security light, found some on clearance for $20 and it was led cool right .so I went to check out at self checkout and it scanned $100 wow that was way to much so the lady got the manager, he asked where I found it so I took him to see and the all were marked for $20. He then said I can not give it to you for that pice that it was clearly marked. He said he would give it to me for $50 wow what a mark up. I said no I want it for the price that it's marked at. He stated in a loud voice he can not do this. I said but all of them are marked for $20 he said no! Again. Ok at this point I felt a little bit scared. He said he would give it to me for $50 I said no and I wanted it for the price they are all marked for. He said he couldn't do that! went shopping for paint 2 days ago around 6 pm and an older man working in the painting department was absolutely rude. He never acknowledged us or asked if I needed help even though I stood less than a foot away. I waited for a while and I left to find someone else that might help me and was sent back to the same man. I waited again. There was one person ahead of me and after he was done helping him I stood there waiting again. He didn't seem to care so I said "hello." He ignored me, didn't even make eye contact or nothing then said I'll be right back. So I left and went to Fred Meyers and was really happy with the paint I got there for a better deal too.

Told my friend about my experience and she said she had the same thing happen to her at Home Depot at the painting department with the same man. She said she waited for a long time without being acknowledged and the man working made fun of her with another customer for not asking for help but she was politely waiting to get help because he was talking with the customer.
