Decided to go here yesterday on my drive home, long line in the drive thru, so I picked the app order instead because I had 3 dogs in the car, they can get overly excited. Plus its a warm day, I just wanted to grab the food and go. The app said the order would be done at 611pm, I went in to grab my food, the young girl at the counter informs me that it will be longer than expected and gave me a drink, she was very kind. As I wait, a lady comes in that went through the drive thru and complained that her order didn't have everything that she paid for, even after asking the employee in the drive thru if it was all there and the employee saying yes. She had missing food. I waited in the lounge for over 25 mins for my order, the tables where disgusting and weren't wiped down, I just picked a table that had a clean corner. I had dogs in the car and my auto start going to keep them cool since it was over 85°, the lady knew I was waiting. I finally went to the front where I was ignored for 5 mins while a lady in the back kept saying, yo you have someone at the front, but she herself didn't talk directly to me until I looked over at the shelf where the mobile app food was and saw my order. While I was being ignored, I finally said " I just want my order that you guys knew I was here for, and I can see it there", they then went on to say oh im sorry usually we call out the name guess we forgot.
By the time I got my order, the food became cold, and while driving home, realized they also didn't fulfill my order that I paid for! 2 customers in less than an hour, not getting what they paid for! Wish there was a 0...

WE GET INCREDIBLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, they don’t offer things that are at every other kfc I’ve been too suck as “hot wings” I mean seriously....... you’re a chicken place serve hot wings, also no one in my family eats cold slaw.... at all we have tried to get the family fill up from there and couldn’t swap out the cold slaw for mashed potatoes but we can buy additional mashed potatoes and throw the cold slaw in the garbage.... that’s what they said as per management, clearly your management isn’t customer service driven and treats it’s emoloyees like garbage, cause let’s be real..... that’s how you guys treat your customers and it’s clearly a reflection of your management maybe it even goes up to your owners that treat the management bad who knows, but your customer service, your quality of your food even the cleanliness of your KFC is terrible, I wish another one would open up because if it did no one would even go here anymore cause it’s that bad, the only reason you probably get business is because you’re the only one in town.

No, the fun began a couple hours later when we decided to dig in. Halfway up a mountain, fully 40 miles from anywhere we discover that our "8" piece is actually 6, our 4 biscuits are actually 2, and they've helpfully included NOT A SINGLE NAPKIN. For a greasy bucket of chicken. Then it gets better. After getting gypped out of 2 legs and 2 biscuits, we discover that not only did they give us NO butter or honey for the biscuits, but they've ALSO neglected to include any utensils for the sides.
