I have been into this store casually a few different times and I must say that the level of professionalism and customer service here is so good that it almost seems unreal. In these days, people are so self-involved and only care about themselves but at THIS Relax the Back, nothing could be further from the truth. I was originally in store the first time for a Theracane that a friend had suggested I try. While there I was treated very well and not as if I was just "wasting their time" because I was only buying a $30 product. It was this experience that brought me back several more times. I have worked with Justin who is amazing in how attentive he is to his client's needs. My favorite is Mark though, He really takes the time to make sure you understand how the spine works and how their products can help alleviate your pain. He walked me through the store explaining each item and how it relates to relief of back pain. I have yet to pull the trigger on the bigger items (I really want a massage chair) but I know that when I finally do decide to make the jump, Mark will take the extra time in making sure I make the best decision for MY back pain. There is zero pressure to buy, in fact, I was told to come here to see the google reviews and look at what other customers have said. We just recieved our third mattress in the last thirteen years. The mattresses are for only two beds so this is our first replacement mattress from one purchased in 2010. In my view, that's a great, long-lasting mattress. We've also purchased pillows, an office chair and two cushions for our truck. In all these purchases we've dealt with Chez Cowell who is fantastic. He goes above and beyond and is an honest partner in helping you select the best product for your specific situation. I recommend Chez without reservation and am a very happy and enthusiastic promoter of Tempur-Pedic products. The two young men, Robert and Avery, who delivered the mattress this morning were on time, polite, professional, and courteous. We have white carpeting and they gladly removed their shoes each time they entered the house. They took great care to ensure that nothing was bumped or disturbed as they carried the old mattress out and brought the new mattress into the house. They were knowledgeable about the mattress and gave us some information about letting the new mattress acclimate from the cold winter day to our warm home.
